Last Friday afternoon had Friendly service delicious food . The cook came out to ask how me and my kids food was and asked if we needed anything friendly staff def planning on going again

The place is rather old and dumpy, but the food in the service was excellent. When dining in, they don't use silverware but rather plasticware. I went there with two other guests and they were happy with their meals. Two of us had the baked haddock and our only complaints is they used too much butter during preparation. Next time I go, I'll ask them to use less butter and that should fix that situation. The fish was a good sized portion and was fresh and reasonably priced....
Captain John's is amazing! Their bacon-wrapped scallops are to die for! The steak tips were great and the whole belly clams and fried scallops were perfect!! Best restaurant is surprisingly amazing it looks like a pub from outside but seriously the bacon-wrapped scallops are fit for Newbury Street!!! Is there a coleslaw is unique and amazing it's like The Best coleslaw I've ever had in coleslaw is such a boring food usually! The onion rings are awesome they are...
