Bartender refused to serve my son a drink on his 21st birthday.. turned him away when he just wanted to buy his first alcoholic drink on his 21st birthday.. what kind of bar does that when a person who is celebrating their 21st birthday spends more than their regular customer spends in 2 days.. my son was not only with his mother but 4 of his friends so at least 5 drinks each plus some shots would have been purchased there if the lady bartender would have served us.. she losted out on a huge tip

First, I'd like to say I tried contacting Charlie's before I went this route.
I didn't get a response.
I've been to Charlie's with a group of 8 for lunch. It was very good. We got what we ordered and everything was delivered together.
On Friday, 4 of us went there for food and drinks before the Folk Festival. Okay, Corona, I asked for lime. Didn’t get it. No biggie.
Two of us ordered hamburgers, one ordered a tuna sandwich, the 4th haddock. Nope, no haddock. Okay, sirloin tips. Nope. Country chicken. Nope and don't know what it is. Okay....I'll have a hamburger. 15 minutes after (mind you 25 minutes have already passed), sorry. no buns. How about white bread! 40 minutes after initial order, hamburger on white bread and something resembling a tuna sandwich (?) arrives.
We felt sorry for the waitress. But definitely poor service.
I'm sorry I have to post this, I like helping local businesses, but lack of listed items was horrible.

They try to accuse certain people of not paying their bill the indirect racial slurs are not necessary and the bartenders need to right things down on the correct bills. ATM system bank apps and camera systems don't lie!
