Visited Veterans Day and Even Tho It was Super Busy. We Had an Amazing Dinner. Our server was great and very attentive. Food Was Good and Drinks Aswell. It felt nice visiting My Neighborhood Chilis.

Let me start by saying, I am not a fan of any of these food chains. The food is subpar and honestly the service is what will either make or break the experience. We had a pretty decent server, I did not enjoy any of the food. I ordered the boneless chicken with 2 different sauces on the side. The rest of my part ordered various items. Drinks were decent, but the food is premium dog food at best. I'd say, start with the drinks if you're going here 😅 even if you're starving... have a drink first 🙃

Hands down best experience! My husband and I went in after a maternity appointment where I had blood drawn and was now feeling very faint. I told the hostess I needed food right away, she made a suggestion, grabbed the waiter fast, and they put a rush on my order while my husband decided on his food. It felt like about 2 minutes later they were quickly bringing my food over as well my drink. The waiter was perfectly attentive the entire time, even bringing me a fresh drink the second I finished mine. The level of care and attention was exactly what I needed at that moment and I would come back to this one any day. Thank you guys so much for the best experience when I needed it most

This was my first time going to a chilis restaurant ever, I'm from NYC and haven't seen one around. Very impressed with the large portions and generous prices.

This restaurant has got to be one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever been. The doors were filthy with fingerprints all over it. The windows looked like they hadn’t been washed in a very long time. Also the booth we sat in had food splatters on the wall. Service was deplorable and the waitress was non existent except to take our order and we waited for 15 minutes in order to get our check to pay. We were going to a movie at Showcase Cinema. It’s not like they were busy as there were only four people seated. I am very disappointed as we used to go to Chilis in Westford with no problems or issues at all.

The meal at Chili's was a perfectly average experience. The food was satisfactory, nothing to complain about, but also nothing that stood out. The service was fine as well; our server was attentive enough to our needs. My one issue was with the seating—we were placed in the bar area, which wasn't our preference. Overall, it was a completely mediocre visit.

Terrible food. Picked up our food while passing through. Quesadilla was barely warm & boneless wings were undercooked. How do you mess up a quesadilla and wings? So disappointed and way below Chili’s standards. Perhaps some quality control could help the back of house.

They fell off , we got the triple decker and it was salty (I’m Caribbean so that says a lot ) and soggy just down right gross , they completely fell off , the cooks don’t care anymore
