Really expensive but there food was good just went there to celebrate my mom's 63rd birthday and we got surprised when they came out and sang happy birthday to her my little brother David referred to come here that it was cheaper when I should of went to outback instead it's ok tho just be prepared to pay over 100 here I spent over 300 that night for dinner and a movie for 3 ppl!!! Crazy!!!

chilis steak and mashed potatoes was great although the chili was a bit beefy & salty needs beans or something extra & chicken enchiladas soup only comes with chicken pieces & a few tortillas strip chips

Came her Sunday afternoon with my wife and daughter two weekends ago. the gentleman seating people was pleasant and sat us right away. it was relatively slow in the dining room area and there were two waitresses in this area. one was working with one large group and one table and the other was just working with one large group. My family and I sat there for 20 mins, not a single waitstaff came to check on us. another family was sat in the table next to us, and was attended too and got their drinks immediately. at this point we still had not been acknowledged. the two waitresses walked past looking at us several times and never asked if we were being helped.At this point we decided to just leave. I did inform the gentleman hosting of the issue, and he was polite and apologetic. i just cant understand why at any point the staff working in the dining area staring at us as they walked by didnt take a second to inquire. i cant stress enough that it was NOT busy.

You can bring your dogs to this chili’s and oh cats at one point! Managers say or do nothing they hide in the kitchen area! They advertise service dogs only I can guarantee that every dog that o have seen in this restaurant are NOT service dogs!!

The food is ok for a quick meal before aa movie. Everthing has peppers or chili powder in it. So, its tough if toure trying avoid nightshades. Friendly servers! Nice bathrooms. Kids menus and free parking.Parking: Huge parking lot. Next to Outback steakhouse and Lowell Cinema De Lux.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. Lots of kid friendly food on the regular menu as well.
