My girlfriend ordered green tea and instead got some more expensive milk tea what she didn't notice until she started drinking it (and did not like) I decided not to make a scene by pointing that out and just pay the bill. When I gave the server the money they didn't return the change. Since gratuity was already included in the bill it's not like they could have mistake that for a tip.
