Dim Sum at China Star in Lowell MA is outstanding. Plenty of dim sum options by far. It is worth 15-20 minutes waiting to be seated. It could be packed around noon on Sat and Sun. Despite the crowd the place runs impressively smooth. Personal is very nice and dim sum is fresh. Best place for dim sum North of Boston.

Feb 2026: It's been a few years since we've been here. The quality remains excellent, we particularly like the crab claw. The only negative is because the dim sum is on carts it tends to be cold.
