Excellent place for children to play and have fun

This particular child rat casino location is much cleaner than others. They play the music at a sane volume most of the time. The kid parties don't last for hours and hours so you're not trapped there all day. Staff are reasonable and pleasant and the cheesy stuffed crust pizza, while expensive, is at least tasty. Ultimately my gripe is only on price the rest is surprisingly acceptable.

The food is ridiculously Overpriced. They charged me $12.99 for a “personal pizza” that was supposed to be six slices and the wings were $17.99. You can see from the picture it’s a joke. It’s Highway Robbery that they think they charge these prices for this crappy ass low quality food. The atmosphere was great though. They have revamped the place a little and the kids will always love the games. But the prices are ridiculously high and not worth the crappy food they serve. I signed up for the membership so I’ll keep coming back to use the games but I will not buy the food again. The service was ok, though it looks like just a bunch of bored teenagers working there. I get it, it’s CEC, it’s a job, you don’t have to look ecstatic, but not outright depressed to be there either.

The establishment is super clean and all the games were working properly. The manager Zack was super nice and helpful. We had a family group event and the “Group” package was there was to go. It included , grab bag, drinks and 2 hr unlimited play for the kids. It was a great morning for the adults and kids.

Had my son's birthday party here. Only reason I gave a three star is because they didn't give my son the right number of pts for birthday party package and seemed unorganized with requests that we made. But the host was amazing and understanding, wasn't her fault. Kids had a blast!

The birthday party was great. Staff made us feel right at home. The pizza was awesome. The soda was the only thing that was horrible.

First time back in a year, I just should have stayed away. Always something frustrating about this place but my 4 year old loves it and today is his birthday so I wanted to make it special, especially since I’m his only parent and I work 7days a week so it’s already hard to spend time with him. I should’ve just turned back when we arrived at 10:30 to see that the door sign said opens at 11am even though the website says 10am for this location, but nope I just waiting by walking around the 5 below store until 11am… walked over to chuck cheese and purchase a game card for 45 mins of play for $28. Already ridiculous. We noticed they added 3 small trampolines for a mini trampoline park and my son got excited so I walked over to it and looked to see what the requirements were… all it said was you needed socks that you had to purchase at the front desk, I went to purchase them and the cashier said $12 please. I was shocked that socks would cost that much and said $12 for socks? She said that is the all day jump pass… chuck e chesse if I wanted to spend $12 for an all day pass I wouldn’t be doing that here. Of course I told my son no, that I’m not paying $12 for 3 trampolines he might jump on for 15min. So of course he starts to cry. So I’m frustrated and he’s crying which as parents we all know is stressful and heartbreaking. Anyway I ended up leaving as his time to play card was up and his one friend in the entire empty place was now jumping in her $12 socks by herself. The two positives I will say is the places is less sticky than it used to be and cleaner, and they added a dance floor where Chucky comes out to dance with the kids. That being said we won’t be returning. I’ll take my kid to nova in Nashua Nh where he can do the entire park and the ropes course that’s included in the price for 2 hours at the same price I paid for him to play games for 45min. No wonder why kids are always crying here. No hate to the workers they were very friendly and helpful. Just more cooperate greed and lovely inflation.

My grandson has a birthday party there yesterday. The crew was inexperienced with hosting the party. But the girls tried the best to what they could. Nice clean and well lit places. I remembered the old Chuck E. Cheese was a little bit dark. The pizza was good. My grandson enjoyed it as well as his classmates.

My kids always have a great time! The staff are super kind and understanding. It can be loud (music and games) the noise can be a bit overwhelming for me but my kids love it. It’s tolerable. The food is always really good, it is a bit pricey. The wings are amazing and definitely worth it, you get a lot for the price.
Chuck e Cheese comes out and dances with the kids and spends quite a bit of time with each kid for pictures and interaction.

overall, great location to bring your child to have fun. I do want to mention that it’s not OK that they charge for a large pizza 21.99. and then charge for pepperoni on top of your pizza when the pizza is already 2199 then they charge you for stuffed crust which is reasonable but when it comes down to the pepperoni, that’s on acceptable even though the pizza taste good should not charge additionally for pepperoni, knowing the price of the pizza, as well as the price for your drinks for the size of the cup granite do you have refills should increase a size up on the cups for the grown-ups. They also have a new trampoline there. They should not charge for using it every day $10. you buy a pair of socks from them you should be able to reuse those socks to go on the trampoline they want to buy a pass. They want you to pay $10 for socks because if it’s inside Chuck E. Cheese and you bring your child there, you should be either able to go in the trampoline for free part of what you are purchasing already, or you buy pair of socks and reuse those socks to go in the trampoline as long as you clean them and bring them back it would be more reasonable to simply charge someone for a summer pass and charge them for one pair of socks that they can use for the whole summer pass as long as they brought back clean, and you had at least brought in the socks that you had purchased for the trampoline area
