We paid for a 6 kid party with 2 extra birthday stars and only got 2 play pass bracelets and 2 play pass cards and the situation was brought to their attention and never corrected. So kids went without play passes.
We got a gift card for the kids to go here. My husband and I haven't been in YEARS. It's definitely changed and doesn't have the nostalgia it had when we were kids. The band is not there anymore. There's no play area, its just an arcade. So if you have multiple kids and some run out of points before the others they're stuck being bored with nothing to do. The arcade games were fun and the photobooth is still fun too. Just not that many options. Food was decent like I remember too.
Honestly, I’ve been to many many Chuck E. Cheese across America. It’s probably the best one. The food is. It’s what you would expect from a Chuck E. Cheese but the facility is pretty clean. Staff is nice. The amusement park area is good. I definitely give it a five the only like one downfall is that the food is just mid
Its awesome place mto have fun with kids.
Outstanding customer service best team on the block Lowell team always have a smiling face on them!! I’ve gone to all the Chuck E. Cheese and Massachusetts. They’re the best ones.!!
We had a great time today! The pizza tasted great, the giant cookie pie was amazing, and all staff were friendly! The manager was really helpful. Thank you ALL staff for making my friend’s special needs son’s birthday feel special! Thank you again Chuck E and friends!

It’s not worth your money. Staff let clear how unhappy they are as they work. With same amount of money you can have more fun at other arcades
Best family place
Very good experience. Stef was beyond helpful. Only negative was a little expensive

It's ok but prices are extremely high
Surprising delicious pizza. Got the stuffed crust cheese large size. Don’t get why people crap on Chuck E. Cheese. Their food is actually pretty good. At least the pizza which is all I tried.
My grandkids love it here. And it’s affordable. We do the monthly fun pass
It's pretty good my kiddos love it. The music can be quite loud when birthday parties are happening and once in a while a couple of games aren't working correctly but you get what you pay for.
Bonnie low-key tried touching me and that’s bad for a children’s place that 67 year olds like me love
Edit: I came back like 15 minutes and Freddy got me
