inconsistent with the menu items. a lot of the best drinks at starbucks are out by the end of the day. quality of food is on the poor side.

Oh how I love stumbling upon great little hidden gem restaurants with great service and an overall "homey" vibe. As soon as we arrived to Mill City BBQ we felt welcome here all thanks to Renay, the sweet lady that took care us of at the bar top a few nights ago. Come to find out, she's the owner and boy does she know how to run a restaurant! They had some excellent barbecue

The new manger is horrible, the old manger (The guy) was very nice!

Yeah this place has gone downhill since 2015. They stopped doing breakfast sandwiches and don't open until 11am. Tried ordering a sandwich just after 3pm and they only have the oven open for pizzas etc. Customer service is pretty bad too. When I can order something it takes forever. Overall a pretty bad restaurant given its location and constant flow of faculty and students.

If there was a was to do 0 stars I would. No fountain soda, no portabella mushrooms, no diet bottled soda and it took 20 minutes to make a half a sandwich

Cross roads is one of the best food options for the point based food plan at UMass Lowell. Everything always tastes fresh and is made well. It's a short walk from north and east campuses so it isn't too much of a hassle to stop by for lunch. My favorite is the California Turkey Sandwich which has avocado and honey mustard on it. They have amazing hand made chips that are an option with any sandwich. Prices are around what is expected from a lunch place but I've really only used my meal points when I've gone. They do offer options for meal swipes at certain hours in the evening which allows for students to use one of their unlimited swipes to get a meal from a select menu as well as a fountain drink. This is only offered from 4-8 pm and I believe it's only on weekdays.

If you want to get food poisoning from a bunch of cranky people that hate their jobs, eat here.

The food at Crossroads Cafe is pretty good. However my first minor complaint is that the menu is pretty limited. My biggest gripe with this place is that the service is very slow and the customer service is pretty bad. I placed an order for pickup and it was lost and never made. Then they told me they'd make it but they just added it to the queue which took an additional 35 minutes! They're pretty slow all the time, even when its not busy. Also they tend to forget details on the order like swapping or excluding items on a sandwich.

Their French toast bagel makes waking up in the morning a bit easier. My personal favorite: chipotle chicken sandwich has saved me from pathetic lean cuisines on a many of afternoons.

Massachusetts has no business calling people from the Midwest hicks. Most of the state is rural and there are plenty of jacked up 4WD pickups here. And everyone wears their Pats gear every day of the week. I've seen roadside shops and junk cars just like in Gnaw Bone, Indiana. So here in Lowell I stumble across UMass Lowell and there are yout's and a Starbucks and tall glass buildings. Crossroads Cafe is a little collection of food service shops in a campus building here. The food is pretty good, plenty of selection. I had the River Hawk it was really good. Visitor parking on the side try this place out!
