Frequently get orders incorrect. I've asked for decaf but gotten regular, or large and gotten a medium, or had a food item missing altogether. Staff tend to be polite and relatively timely. Only the consistent inaccuracy is a gripe.

I waited 20 min in line to just wait another 10 for my coffee and it was made wrong. There is only 2 young kids working with no supervisor on duty cause she's on vacation. Couldn't get a large ice coffee because they have no more large cups. I go to this location because of convenience. I will no longer come to this location. Very disappointing. Step it up
