Order was made wrong twice. I asked for an iced coffee with cream, sugar, and flavoring, but received plain coffee with no ice or flavoring both times. Staff remade it, but it was still incorrect. Attention to detail needs improvement

Horrible service. Yesterday I went here and both my drinks were made wrong and I forgot my Sandwich when I came back to get a refund The manager was not there so they told me to come back in an hour. When I came back in an hour they tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund that they would remake my stuff. I did not want my stuff remade. Then the employee who made the food tried to tell me that I took the sandwich twice. So they were accusing me of stealing food that I purchased and never received. Then I told the manager I want my refund. You can look on the camera if you want to to see that I did not get my food. The manager then apologized and gave me my refund. But it is just so ridiculous and very upsetting that I had to go through all of that. I will never go here again .

Ordered an iced macchiato with extra espresso, an egg and cheese on a sesame bagel, and a double chocolate donut. What I received was iced milk with one espresso shot, an egg and cheese on a plain bagel with burnt cheese, and a donut variety I’m unfamiliar with. I didn’t place a very complex order.

I don't usually review places after a single visit, but this was ridiculous. I ordered two muffins and two omelette bites. It took a full 3 minutes for the two women working to start making the omelette bites even as I stood there with nobody in line behind me and only one mobile drink order being prepared. They were two busy talking, both to each other and on the phone. The woman who heated the omelette bites handled her phone with the same gloves she touched my food with. I'm not even that much of a germaphobe but phones are generally gross and hers was all over the food prep area. I won't be back.
Parking: Parking here is like first come first serve but it's enough for 40 cars, I think....
Wheelchair accessibility: I personally hold the door for my guy "DAVE", everyday I be working. He's always riding in that wheelchair, iykyk. The coolest dude. So, yes, wheelchairs are welcomed but if you have four guys with wheechairs inside store then, maybe, you'll have a problem.
