Weakest brewed coffee I've had from a Dunkin. They served me slightly brown hot water. I got home and poured it into a mug and it was so close to water that I could see the bottom of the mug. I don't expect gourmet coffee from Dunkin' but it's pretty insulting to serve this after a 20 minute wait in the store. A standard Coffee To Water ratio should not have to be called out by a customer at a chain that sells coffee. America couldn't run on this.

Good location for the school, but they're not consistent with the non-dairy or decaf options, although I just went and they were understanding of my dairy allergy and re-made a cold brew without the foam (which has dairy apparently)

They forgot my hash browns, but they make coffee good
food and drinks are inconsistent - sometimes drinks will be good and sometimes they will be awful (especially the matcha latte). also they are very understaffed so the workers are usually overwhelmed with orders.
