I ordered a bagel, egg, and cheese through the app. When I arrived they said they ran out of bagels. So I asked to be refunded for the purchase and they said they could not do it. Had to do it through the app. When I went on the app to do it said the “chat” was down to request it. They said to call the Dunkin customer service. I called and was on hold for ten minutes. Hung up. Never got my food and paid for it. Be aware.

Weakest brewed coffee I've had from a Dunkin. They served me slightly brown hot water. I got home and poured it into a mug and it was so close to water that I could see the bottom of the mug. I don't expect gourmet coffee from Dunkin' but it's pretty insulting to serve this after a 20 minute wait in the store. A standard Coffee To Water ratio should not have to be called out by a customer at a chain that sells coffee. America couldn't run on this.
