Good location for the school, but they're not consistent with the non-dairy or decaf options, although I just went and they were understanding of my dairy allergy and re-made a cold brew without the foam (which has dairy apparently)

food and drinks are inconsistent - sometimes drinks will be good and sometimes they will be awful (especially the matcha latte). also they are very understaffed so the workers are usually overwhelmed with orders.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Oleg at Dunkin', and I must say he consistently stands out as one of the friendliest employees at this location. I witnessed his remarkable patience and empathy as he assisted a non-English speaking customer in selecting a dozen donuts, taking the time to guide her through the options to ensure she was satisfied.
