This is the worst dunkin location Ive ever been to!!! As someone who works in a bakery/coffee shop you should NEVER be serving raw bacon to customers, let alone multiple times in a row!!!!!!! Not to mention the fact that my "toasted bagel" is NEVER actually toasted, instead cold and hard. About 4 times I have gone to this location because it is so close to home, each time ive been majorly dissatisfied, disappointed, and disgusted. These people only care about the money, not the service!!! DO BETTER!!!! Genuinely the worst store to exist. Cant even answer their phone. I called about 20 times. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!! Wish it would just get shut down at this point. Useless. Unfortunately this is the only Dunkin my doordash will pick up from, otherwise i would NEVER come here again.

Is the answer I get when I say thank you at the end of the order this place need more training on how to welcome customers and last finalists one of my ice coffee was made like take it how I make it bad habits…. . more training on how to make drinks and speak to customers I was a manager at Dunkin’s for many years and now and days all there hire is people with no Entusiasmo or motivation.

I order a coffee daily with specific Splenda pack count. Whoever is preparing the coffees ignores it and does not put the packets in. I have to go and ask for them each time.
