jose is the best person to ever be in the dunkins industry. The qay he just…IDK MAKES HIS FOOD! ITS SO-S-S-SO GOOD! His eyes shine brightly when talking to customers, and hes a car guy?!,!,?,??!!. HE HELPED ME FIXED MY automobile AC WHEN IT WAS BROKEN…whilst i was in line for my caramel swirl extra extra 2 expresso shots Large. Then this girl with beautiful eyes hair, 5’2, asian, black hair, with glasses came up to me to ask if i needed help with my computer. I did! Im an IT major and she said she took ADVANCED IT CLASSE!10/10 experience wouldnt recommend it again!!

They leave a lot to be desired. I was the only customer inside the store and I stayed 6 minutes in front of the counter waiting to be served. I gave up waiting and went to another dunkim shop in woburn where I was treated very well.They leave a lot to be desired. I'm disappointed, not sure if I should laugh or cry. It was 6:30am and it was my first time ordering the tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich. What I got was a half of a sandwich, where is the grilled cheese part and the other bread. The tomato pesto part is okay but where's the other part of the sandwich.
I will never come back to this dunkin the lady who serviced me was rude couldn't even make a proper frozen hot chocolate gave me a hard time when I asked for the drizzle in the cup which is how a frozen hot chocolate is made then told me i need to ask for that when I order on the app when it shows u right on the app hw it made just ridiculous
Wait for coffee while 3 people working they make 4 people who ordered after us coffee one while she is waiting at register and then make a diabetic person's coffee with sugar AND THE EQUAL THEY ASKED FOR...COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE...???
The workers are constantly forgetting to put the food and drinks in one order together for mobile order. Every time I order both, my drink is always there and I always have to ask them to get the food. There has been countless times I’ve had to leave without my food because they forgot it and there’s 100 people in line and no one to ask me to get my food. Use any other dunks but this one. It’s way too busy and the workers are always forgetting something.
I don’t know why the employee Jose always give me attitude when I order (only know his name because I come often). Or to my dad, few weeks ago he was telling my dad how dunkin’s food sucks and that if my dad doesn’t wanna get fat he shouldn’t eat any of the sandwiches there. Plus, he kept asking my dad about his wedding ring and asking if its real or not, the disrespect.As a person who works in costumer service, you should NEVER talk bad about the products the company sells to costumers, or ask inconvenient questions.

I was so glad when I’d called shortly before closing to check if hot beverages were still being served and the girl working the overnight shift answered with a polite yes. I got there and she’d seemed busy closing, yet was able to make my Vanilla Chai latte so good in a timely manner. Good customer service here, I would be back! ?☕️

NOTHING OF QUALITY AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You greet the employees and they don't greet you back. They have inexperienced, arrogant young people and if they do something wrong, they have a bad face to fix their mistakes. Very bad service.
