First time actually going into the store, I'm surprised how much they put out in such a small store. It was nice, clean and almost a warm feeling walking in.... probably due to it being cold outside lol. I stop here almost every morning m-f. Extremely convenient and wicked fast service. Employees are amazing and deserve raises. Drive thru or walk-in, I recommend coming here.

This particular location always hits the mark! I go to this one every day due to working right down the road, it's become a part of my routine. I love their chipotle hasbrown wakeup wraps and the chipotle loaded hashbrowns. I hope they don't go away with the seasonal menu! I get one of the two every day! The staff here is awesome, I don't know names but there are a select few who recognize me and remember what I order every once and a while. I go through the drive thru so I can't speak much to the inside of the place, but it looked clean and that people were sitting the few times I have popped in there. Just wanted to give them their credit!

I’ve been drinking the same coffee my whole life, and while Dunkin’ sometimes gets it wrong, that’s not a big deal. The real issue is the rude staff at this location — especially the two older women who work there (possibly one is a manager). They’re consistently disrespectful.

Recently, I was ordering with a friend and one of them interrupted me rudely, then told my friend to “be quiet” in a harsh tone. It felt unnecessary and even a bit discriminatory.
I also ordered loaded hash browns, which don’t mention bacon on the board. When I realized it had meat and tried to return it politely, the woman shouted at me and slammed the food on the table.
Unacceptable behavior. The coffee’s fine — the attitude behavior.

They never give you napkins. Half the time they forget something out of your order. Frozen coffee they don't make it right. Except drumhill in chelmsford they make it right.

I walked in to order. I waited a few minutes to be waited on. The owner/ manager was busy talking to a customer about nothing important. Cashier was moving slow as she was listening to their conversation.
