I walked in to order. I waited a few minutes to be waited on. The owner/ manager was busy talking to a customer about nothing important. Cashier was moving slow as she was listening to their conversation.

Girl was really stressed I felt bad, but she cooked the hashbrowns to perfection. Times can be hard but those hashbrowns life better. I hope she’s okay. I was a little rude but I can tell she’s a strong woman.

Cold Food . Old food Croissant not even toasted . And hash brown only thing hot was the coffe
Something is wrong with the iced tea, the last two times I got it it tasted really weird. I already dislike their coffee so now I’m out of drinks to get.

I recently switched to this Dunkins because of construction near my old one. It’s only been a few weeks but they’ve been great. Brittany in particular is a shining star. She already recognizes me and grabs my order for me and is very friendly. I lost my keys last week and checked here today as a last resort. I left a description with Brittany when I picked up my usual and she contacted me later to tell me they had my keys safe and sound! What a relief. Overall, great food and great service.

Where do I start. This is probably the 4th time. I specify what I wanted. The ladies gave me a cold croissant. Cold English muffin. Asked for TOASTED. Asked for jelly. Didn't get it. But still got charged!!! Last few times was a cold bagel! Then this time. I had 3 orders. Got two of the three and she just Turned around n continue making sandwiches. I sat at the window still waiting. Then she turns around and said... ( drive through window open) " WHAT IS SHE WAITING FOR?!?!!) with an attitude. I come by this way and I have no choice but the stop by this location before heading to work. Can we please get someone.... manager or whoever is her boss to retrain their staff.

Everything was old except the breakfast sandwich I watched them make which the eggs should have already been pre made in the warmer at 4 am! They forgot items I paid for and I tipped 3 bucks! I use to work for Dunkin’s and it’s not hard to take 60 seconds to heat up hash browns and even less time to make Snackin bacon! They threw my bagel twist in the bag without a wrapper! By far the worst Dunkin’s I ever been to!

Personal are very rude. There the only Dunkins that don't offer senior discounts. Management will never return your call. They should close this one.
