Can I have a bacon wake up wrap without the egg please cook the bacon until dark and crispy I will upload a photo of what I was given as somebody who used to work there at many locations for you to give a customer a burnt tortilla with burnt cheese with inedible bacon is ridiculous. It's literally the tap of a button and that's crazy because you have double ovens where the wrap and cheese can go in separately. I will be getting my money back. I don't have money to just waste because of ignorance and laziness

Worst food I ever had gave me raw bacon twice in a row!! Ask for my money back and my sandwich remade got refunded and was told by the woman in the blue shirt if you don’t like it go somewhere else then I’m not making it again! Does anyone on this earth like raw food, does anyone liked to be talked to like that! Worst customer service!! 8/27/2023 morning shift woman in blue shirt needs to be fired!! As a manager of a company I would never treat a customer in such a manner… will never step foot in here and for sure let my people know as well to never come here!!

Waited a long time in drive thru and the person at the speaker didn't respond or even tell me that they would be with me for a while. Whe I placed my order I waited even longer for my food only to find it to be not fully cooked and half of it was cold.
