I order avocado toast today and when they give to me was completely burned the bacon. I asked the employee about it and she said that how bacon is. I have order this before on different Dunkins and never got it like this. They told me there was nothing they can do. This is the worst service I ever had on a Dunkin.

Nothing like soggy snacking bacon! Yumbo!Ugh, why bother commenting? It's not like anything is made here. It's not like they have nice seating and counters.

This place had very good service and once we ordered our food 3 minutes later , it was already done. They also have many places indoor to charge your phone in! I recommend this place if you're ever looking for a fast food place to eat in.

Unfortunately every time I've come here my coffee is burnt and the oatmilk quality seems different from the Chelmsford and University Ave locations near by. I still come here once in a while because of its convenient location, but it's never really impressed me with the coffee. My children enjoy the food display and restaurants decor. It's a beautiful location.

Parking: The entrance coming in from the street near the apartment complex makes for a nightmare because it's one way but people don't seem to care about that. You have to go around the drive through line to access the exit that allows you to get to the light of the main street. This is problematic when the line is wrapped around the building into the street leaving you no choice but to wait or exit out onto the street, possibly going the direction you don't need to drive.I'm not complaining, just explaining. This location is convenient, the parking just can be difficult during busier hours.

Drive thru is awful I consistently get the same coffee every morning and when there’s a specific man working he does not add cream to my coffee and insists he does and then offers me creamers instead of adding cream for me to take off and drive. Every

On Friday 1/5/24 close to 8pm this restaurant was empty, and there were no cars in drive-thru when I walked in to get a large ice latte but the worker who greeted and who btw seemed either overworked, or having a bad day or maybe a combination of the two, greeted by saying to order from the kiosk rather than thru her.To which I did, but it was difficult to make a modification. So Once the order was placed, I tried to approach this lady to let her know I wanted a slight change but she cut me off and told me to wait. At that time, I needed to go to use the restroom so I did and in 3 minutes it took me to be back in the lobby. My coffee was already made. At that point, I just walked out of the restaurant without that coffee she made when I wanted to make a modification but she couldn't hear in the first place. The whole energy I got was not welcoming and clearly she had no time to hear what I had to say in the first place but yet couldn't wait for me to come out of the bathroom. Dunkis please do better and the $5 and something I paid for that coffee consider it as a tip and never again.

If you want good donuts, go to Top Donut in Lowell and Dracut. They make the best donuts in the area.I mainly order donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately, Dunkin doesn't seem to prioritize donuts anymore and they got rid of their best sandwich, Big N' Toasted. They prioritize drive thru over walkins. If i'm going to take in a lot of calories, at least I get a little exercise by walking in. I will unlikely go to Dunkins again...unless you bring back the Big N' Toasted. For good breakfast sandwiches, go to McDonald's!

Got my daughter a bagel for breakfast so she can eat quickly before school. I asked for bagel on it instead of the side (which all DD’s do) so she can eat it in the car. This is the bagel we got. So sad.
