Horrible location. Avoid at all costs. They ignore you when you go inside and wait at the counter. Their computer systems at the drive thru always seem to "go down" yet it still lets you place an order. The staff are rude. If I could give a negative, I would. Their is no way to complain to the manager when inside because no one even acknowledges you are at the front register

I just wanted to recognize the manager, April, for kindly and professionally rectifying a mistake with my order.
She went above and beyond! Thank you, April! You are a hard worker and set and excellent example of good work moral!

Best Dunkin around. the people are like family. I don't go anywhere else but this one. In one word perfection
Absolutely horrible attitudes, horrible staff I have never experienced a more disorganized establishment since my son’s 1st birthday party. Manager has a poor attitude and staff don’t do there jobs. If they don’t do something I’m going to the town
This Dunkin is pretty good. Their doughnuts and coffee are consistently delicious, but service is inconsistent. When the manager is in the store, service is quick and friendly. Otherwise, it's hit or miss. That said, I still come just about every day.

My husband was just at this Dunkin waiting for an hour when he got up to the window and I had just called him to ask what was taking so long he started to tell me and the guy on the intercom decided to run his mouth and be rude to my husband even after my husband told him he was talking to his wife the guys rely to my husband was if your wife is being inpatient you can go someplace else smh! This place has gotten ridiculous! They always mess up the orders don’t answer the phone for complaints at all! Some of the employee are horrible with customer service! I use to work for dunking when I was younger and they help up high standards now they don’t care! Dunkin’ has gone down the drain so much ! And these kids these days are just lazy!

TRASH environment, absolutely disrespectful staff, every single one of them, shutting down the ovens AND coffee an hour early, arguing with us at the window because you can't give us our money back? Disgusting.

Worst Dunkin' experience ever!!! Today wasn't the first time (but it was the last) that I was treated rudely by the drive-thru attendant. After waiting 5 minutes to place my order, she says something completely garbled that I strongly doubt she would have said in English because it was impossible to understand. So, I said "Good morning!" and after a few seconds of silence, I continued with "Can I please have a...", and she literally YELLED at me, saying "I said I'll be back to you!" After that, I simply rolled up my window and left. Of course that girl didn't want to be there, but that's not my problem. She wasn't the only one awake at 6:50 am, I was on my way to work. Countless times I've been mistreated by this same attendant and I always ignored it, trying to be kind to her to maybe make her day better. But I give up, after today I give up. People who don't know how to treat people will no longer have my attention. Don't consume at this Dunkin' Donuts, they take forever and are rude, especially early in the morning.

Went to drive through, and they were taking long even though restaurant was not busy inside or outside. Seemed like they were all just playing around. I went inside and some girl claimed that my brother was staring at her, even though he wasn’t. So he starts yelling at her because she is accusing him of something that he didn’t do. And one of the employees states that it is her daughter and that she is a minor, and the manager says the same thing but why do the workers have their daughters in the restaurant while they are working it is very unprofessional, especially if the daughter is just there to start problems with customers, and the manager did not want to deal with the situation and said “we already had a rough morning, we don’t need to deal with this” and walked away from me. She was very unprofessional with the situation and instead of de-escalating it she made it worse.

Whoever was working drive thru this morning clearly didn't want to be there. As I am still pulling up to the mic of the empty drive thru, I can hear someone quickly say "what can I get you", I said "I have a mobile order" and she, sounding annoyed, goes "what you say?", I repeat myself and before I can even finish she says "drive up". I am handed my stuff with a condescending look and the window is shut before I can even ask for anything else. I didn't even have time to ask if I could order a dozen donuts to go, I drove another mile to another location to get what I needed. I've worked all types of jobs, food service as well, and knew that even if I felt a certain way that day to not put that energy on the customers.
