Sure, this Dunkin isn't in the best area in Lowell, but honestly whatever they have been doing recently is working, the staff is great and I never get that burnt coffee that I get from other locations in Lowell.

This place is so convenient to me so I keep going but it’s really hit or miss… at least 50% of the time the coffee is super burnt tasting to the point where it’s almost undrinkable.

I only come to this dunks bc it’s down the street from my work. Always order ahead and still have to wait at least 15-20 mins. The past 2 times they apparently just had my order sitting there, waiting on the donut i ordered - the easiest part about the whole order. The workers honestly seem way too busy chatting with people they know, perhaps employees who aren’t working that day.

I visit this location frequently and without fail they ALWAYS forget something in my order or mess it up. I order on mobile and they always forget something, I order through drive thru and they mix up my order and give me something wrong, I order inside and I always have to check to make sure they didn’t forget anything. They seem like they’re always talking with eachother even when taking orders which I usually don’t mind (you should get along with your employees I get it) but when I have to repeat my order five times to the women because she keeps yapping and someone else has to go over the intercom to apologize and thank me, its annoying. I just went through and this happened and I ordered two glazed donuts and they gave me crullers which I don’t like and they didn’t even try to offer me an alternative they just gave me whatever.

Horrible location. Avoid at all costs. They ignore you when you go inside and wait at the counter. Their computer systems at the drive thru always seem to "go down" yet it still lets you place an order. The staff are rude. If I could give a negative, I would. Their is no way to complain to the manager when inside because no one even acknowledges you are at the front register

Absolutely horrible attitudes, horrible staff I have never experienced a more disorganized establishment since my son’s 1st birthday party. Manager has a poor attitude and staff don’t do there jobs. If they don’t do something I’m going to the town

My husband was just at this Dunkin waiting for an hour when he got up to the window and I had just called him to ask what was taking so long he started to tell me and the guy on the intercom decided to run his mouth and be rude to my husband even after my husband told him he was talking to his wife the guys rely to my husband was if your wife is being inpatient you can go someplace else smh! This place has gotten ridiculous! They always mess up the orders don’t answer the phone for complaints at all! Some of the employee are horrible with customer service! I use to work for dunking when I was younger and they help up high standards now they don’t care! Dunkin’ has gone down the drain so much ! And these kids these days are just lazy!
