The coffee at this location tastes different than any other! It is really gross. XL hot coffee with cream and sweetner... it's kinda like a burnt bitter taste? I will go to the one on wouburn street. The drive thru is open again at that location

I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. They are always extremely friendly and so kind. Usually always the same workers, so I look forward to getting my drinks from them. I hope they get some recognition for their great customer service!

I ordered a large coffee and three bacon, egg, and cheese wake up wraps around 12:30pm. The coffee tasted fine, but the wraps were all somehow both burnt and filled with pockets of ice. It's understandable nauseating taking a bite of food only to have a pop of cold water wash down your throat when you're expecting hot egg.

I usually come here because i usually get good service and food. My hashbrowns were FREEZING COLD. I asked for regular bacon which the order taker confirmed and I still got maple bacon. I’m very disappointed in todays staff may 18th, 2024 7:30 am.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stand in line with 5 or 6 behind counter and no one takes your order. Then when you FINALLY get your order, it’s completely wrong. Cold food. Coffee made wrong. Skip this location, it’s the absolute worst I’ve ever been
