This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve gone to Dunks in Boston, Haverhill and everywhere in between this team is amazing. They are customer focused. They get the job done and they go above and beyond to put a smile on peoples faces this morning, It’s 10° out the manager brings out my coffee to my car while I’m waiting in line I couldn’t ask for a better Dunkin’ Donuts thank you guys for everything you do.

I always make sure to visit the Dunkin' on Gorham Street in Lowell, even though there are several others in the area. The team here consistently goes above and beyond to make my breakfast just right. The coffee at this location tastes different than any other! It is really gross. XL hot coffee with cream and sweetner... it's kinda like a burnt bitter taste? I will go to the one on wouburn street. The drive thru is open again at that location

I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. They are always extremely friendly and so kind. Usually always the same workers, so I look forward to getting my drinks from them. I hope they get some recognition for their great customer service!

I ordered a large coffee and three bacon, egg, and cheese wake up wraps around 12:30pm. The coffee tasted fine, but the wraps were all somehow both burnt and filled with pockets of ice. It's understandable nauseating taking a bite of food only to have a pop of cold water wash down your throat when you're expecting hot egg.
