okay so, my parents family came from the Dominican republic and didn’t know much about here. after the city of light parade, we wanted to get something at dunkin’s. we came in and my family decided to sit down, not knowing that the seating was closed. an old employee cane yelling at my parents to get out and mocking Spanish. so obviously they apologized and stood up. but i told the woman that she didn’t need to be se rude and be a bit more polite and this woman started screaming at me and my parents, swearing and jerking her hands. it was absolutely wild. she screamed at us till we left.

I WAS USING THE BATHROOM BUT BEFORE I USED IT THEY WERE BEING RUDE POUNDING ON THE DOOR LIKE IF I WAS IN THERE DOING DRUGS..... I HAD TO WIPE EVERYTHING DOWN BEFORE USING IT N THEY TREATED ME HORRIBLE N MY COFFEE WASNT GOOD WHAT SO EVER.... HORRILBLE SERVICE N I DONT NEED AN ADDITUDE KNOWING I WAS NICE

i love the food here and the atmosphere is relaxing, but i wonder why they lock the bathrooms for customers and we have to ask an employee to unlock it? this is super inconvenient and unnecessary as this could lead to SO MANY ISSUES. like what if someone’s in an emergency? what if a pregnant woman or a disabled person needs to use the bathroom? what if a mother needs to change her baby’s diaper? they never said the bathrooms were in any construction either, just a sign on the door saying “please ask an associate to unlock the bathroom for you”. what is this, public school?
my hands were so sticky after breakfast and i was in a rush to go to class at 11, and when i noticed the bathrooms were locked and i had to ask an employee to unlock it— i did exactly that. but the employee took SO LONG i had to wipe my hands with napkins and leave. this is so unsanitary. i am very disappointed with this kind of rule and i hope the owner will change this rule. outright disgusting.

The people that work there are ignorant as it gets and they thought I didn't speak Spanish and the BIG Spanish lady made a remark while making my stuff. Straight up just disgusting as workers. Giving attitude instead of communicating, if you don't like your job then go HOME

So I went with my legally blind disabled husband at 5:40 pm tonight 3/15/25 and this young lady puts her head down frowning doesn’t say hello and didn’t even say can I help you, I had to just order like I was talking to a deaf lady she Also didn’t say how much it was I just gave her the money. If she doesn’t want to work then why be there. I still gave her $1 tip and change because I am Muslim and it’s the month of Ramadan and that’s just what I do. All i know is I hope others will complain. I always received good customer service going there at all other times it’s just this one person who didn’t.

Very bad, very bad staff
Terrible impression of cleanliness... Glass, floor, everything! The employee had a dead face, it was clear that she hates what she does because it was even difficult to speak. And finally, don't pay for anything large because it is literally paying more for less.

I'm giving this place no stars. Was there at 6:30 pm and customer service was awful, the cashier (the one with the very long fake eyelashes) was very rude and loud. Oh, and very disrespectful. Music was blasting and she was just yelling. Also being on a guy's side that was looking for trouble with the customers. Worst place ever. Management needs to something about these employees. I will take my business to another establishment, no need for this attitude.
Understaffed, cold old donuts leftover from the morning served in the afternoon. Large coffee cups served 75%> The place needs either more people or a new manager.

Literally the worst Dunkin. They are very slow and still somehow always mess up my order. I only go because of the proximity to campus but honestly I would rather go without coffee or spend more at a good coffee shop than go here. I ordered two boxes of joe recently, two boxes of plain black coffee, and they gave me two boxes of hot chocolate instead. I even checked the receipt and slips on the boxes themselves and they clearly said hot coffee. And not a single employee questioned it when I asked for a bag with packets of sugar and creamer… for my hot chocolate? lol
