The women this morning made the wrong coffee and when I ask her to redo my coffee because she did it wrong again, then she tried to play the victim and lied to her colleague about how I yelled at her, Ma'am I only ask you respectfully to redo the coffee because you made it wrong and she did wrong again twice, take accountability for your own actions and stop lying and playing the victim, additionally, it very unprofessional for you to talk badly about a customer while they are still in your store, learn some manners or get some much needed trainings as it appears you really need it, get some customer service trainings or learn how to make the coffee correctly the first time to avoid the same mistake.

Nothing wrong with the food but seems like the staff hate there job they take forever to take your order also waited 20 min for a coffee and a wake up wrap they need new manager or staff my honest opinion they suck never going to that location again

Manager is always pleasant and makes amazing coffees. She trains new staff so calmly and reassures them they're doing a great job.

I went in today (she wasn't in) and got an iced tea. It wasn't steeped enough, but her staff simply offered to make me something else without question. Quality DD and staff!

This is my 3rd time here since visiting and every time I come in the manager is at a table talking with the same woman. The 1st day she was at a table sitting talking and it was busy, I waited for 10 minutes for my bagel while she was talking to the lady in the door I was like hello.. Today I saw the same lady leaving and by the time I got to the door the manager was outside at her car.

RUDEST MANAGER DARLENE!! Screamed at my girlfriend and had her in TEARS when she asked a simple question. I will be filing complaints with corporate and will explore every single avenue to make she is held accountable!!!! So disrespectful!!!!!

Pretty fast and fresh! The only complaint I have is how the staff is treated there was a mature woman there screaming and yelling at a teen working there who was a very sweet gentleman she made waiting for my items uncomfortable for as well as other people waiting so not professional and I can tell the poor kid was embarrassed.

Horrible ordered a iced hazelnut coffee with skim milk and sugar , they gave me a black ice coffee with no flavor that tasted burnt . Would not recommend then .

Just purchased a small black coffee which I have done many times in the past. For the first time at a Dunkin' the coffee was stale and bitter! Yuk!

Working at the hospital I come very often, every time certain people work my order is totally messed up. I don’t mean my coffee tastes off , but missing food when I order through the app. Just disappointing. I’ve just given this Dunkin so much money and literally feel robbed every time I order
