Very nasty rude young AA guy with no customer service skills at all . I doubt he even showers at all. He kept me waiting for a whole 8 min for 1 large French vanilla coffee and when I asked him what was taking so long he just looked at me snickering and I could not believe what was happening, they should fire him if he haven't yet smh.
Great staff. Sad part is when you are waiting for your order , and see a 7 year old buying food for there unfit drug addict mother. Then, mom walks in and I tell her that's not right, but according to the mother her 7year old can do it too cause when she the mother was 10years old was aloud to be in the streets. I should post the video of her hitting me on YouTube. Also thanks to the staff they were the best in handling this matter. Lowell, Mass.

I have been to this location in prior moments, and I have been satisfied. However, this last time that was not the case. The Strawberry Coolatta was horriddd; the Apple Fritter was so bad, that I actually trashed it. The best thing of the night was the free donut, for donut day.
