Dunkin'

I hate dunkin. Everyone I go to including this one is slow ride and mess up your order anyway. And IDK how with all the crazy coffees people get it's so hard to make a coffee with milk and sugar! It's so frustrating! I actively boycott them and if I get take out coffee it's Starbucks.

Good service and all items are available as per their menu. Only issue is parking is little congested here on busy schedules. Food taste as per their standards.

It’s Dunkin’s, things are supposed to be toasted… I could toast a bagel on my car better than this place. Food is always BLAH. 😑

I understand the mobile app isn't very good with updated inventory. But at least have the courtesy to inform that they weren't anymore donuts available instead of having me stand there for a while after receiving my drink. I had to pull it out of her by asking where's the rest of my order. After she let me know about the donuts being out of stock she didn't bother making the customer feel a little happier about any refund information. AGAIN I had to pull it out of her. I shouldn't have to ask those kinds of questions if she had any empathy. The other two Dunkins on Chelmsford st didn't have worker that were like that. I don't care if you're closing. Just have a better response next time. It's a good thing I wasn't a mystery shopper.

I waited ten minutes for 2 wake up wraps with no one in line in front of me while the guy behind the counter was on his phone. I was almost late to class and when I went to eat the food it was cold and falling apart in the bag i couldn’t even eat it. normally this dunkin is pretty good at times and making sure everything is good quality but the guy behind the counter today i guess didn’t really care.

I ordered a hot chocolate peppermint mocha it come out like hot water with chocolate in it they redid it with a regular hot chocolate and that was a little tastier but cold I don’t get it why don’t they use the hot chocolate machine anymore terrible I threw it away and it cost me three dollars and change.

wow, i’ve been to a lot of dunkin’s but this one is by far the best. early mornings are typically busy but this team works together to manage the rush. the breakfast sandwiches are made to perfection and the hash browns are cooked just right. the manager there was extremely personable, considerate and equal. really enjoy this dunkin’ location, i will be recommending. they deserve a raise for how dedicated they are to this location!

Literally says it’s open till 7 PM but they shut off the oven at 5:40? Try again. Not only did I have to sit there for five minutes before someone even noticed I was there, but the two girls argued in Spanish right in front of me about whether or not to take my food order - then finally decided that they couldn’t turn on the oven for 10 seconds. I understand you are working at Dunkin’ Donuts, but you could at least do your job during open hours. (To clarify, all I ordered was stuffed bagel minis, not some complicated item.)

The food is of the same great quality here but since it is inside a Mobil gas station, the atmosphere is not much to hope for. Although kept neat, it is still a gas station. The staff were very nice and service was super fast. The turn around time was less than 5mins for my order.

Never met a manager who thought it was ok to lie to a customer's face because he was too lazy to remake a coffee till today. I order a specific coffee and when I get the cup it says something different than what I ordered and when I asked him what's up with this he said " they changed the name " so I take him at face value he is a manager. I took a sip and ended up tossing it out because it was a completely different flavor. It shouldn't matter how many people are there in line or whatever his problem was the product was wrong and he had a chance to fix the problem and instead just made up an excuse and lost a handfull of daily customers in one interaction. I wouldn't waste money here, not when you can't get what you order.

Lied about stock then walked by me with the same thing I asked for, handed me an overfilled, completely white coffee. Ridiculous.

The absolute worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever visited. Three people working (? ) all three on their phones No other customers but I had to ask twice where my black iced coffee was !!!! Bacon was raw and hash browns were a mess Avoid this place! ZERO stars
