The guy there who has a watch on his wrist, looks to be a bout 45, was doing a bad job. I was hopping to get a nice ice pumpkin spice latte with cold foam, but instead I got something way different, plus the fact I watched him mess up 3 other orders while I was there, then when it was my turn at the register he couldn’t even work the thing.

all the employees literally suck. whoever was working 11 AM June 29.2025 sucks. yall don’t know how easy u have it with no drive thru yall got 4 customers talking about “oh we in a rush” babe… make the damn coffee it takes 10 seconds maybe if u guys knew how to do ur job ur “rush” would’ve been out the door in five minutes

I waited 45 minutes for a mobile order. Then they told me they didnt even have the sour dough bread to make my sandwich so I opted for a bagel... which was rubbery. Gross. I won't be coming here again since its a constant thing.

I’m not sure what’s going on but beware if it’s the girl with the tattoos and piercings serving you your coffee. It’s either burnt or she’s making the wrong coffee. And it’s just her shifts. Everyone else knows how to make the coffee and it tastes just fine. Someone in this store please retrain her on how to make coffee. Everyone would appreciate it! Thanks

There is one girl name Sarah is so rude. That is my third time that she did that to me. I order my Latte on my mobile app and when I went to pick up, she said we didn’t have your order. And while I’m getting my phone to show her my order, the other lady hold my coffee and said it’s ready. For the first time it’s okay and then it happened again. Now the third time she said I don’t have your Latte and gave me back my money with a bad attitude. I told her I want to talk to the other lady and she acted like she didn’t want to. I told her again that i want to talk to the other person and she did go back there while the other lady came back my coffee AGAIN. I hope the manager will do something about this. Other people are very nice except this one girl.

I hate dunkin. Everyone I go to including this one is slow ride and mess up your order anyway. And IDK how with all the crazy coffees people get it's so hard to make a coffee with milk and sugar! It's so frustrating! I actively boycott them and if I get take out coffee it's Starbucks.

I understand the mobile app isn't very good with updated inventory. But at least have the courtesy to inform that they weren't anymore donuts available instead of having me stand there for a while after receiving my drink. I had to pull it out of her by asking where's the rest of my order. After she let me know about the donuts being out of stock she didn't bother making the customer feel a little happier about any refund information. AGAIN I had to pull it out of her. I shouldn't have to ask those kinds of questions if she had any empathy. The other two Dunkins on Chelmsford st didn't have worker that were like that. I don't care if you're closing. Just have a better response next time. It's a good thing I wasn't a mystery shopper.

I waited ten minutes for 2 wake up wraps with no one in line in front of me while the guy behind the counter was on his phone. I was almost late to class and when I went to eat the food it was cold and falling apart in the bag i couldn’t even eat it. normally this dunkin is pretty good at times and making sure everything is good quality but the guy behind the counter today i guess didn’t really care.

I ordered a hot chocolate peppermint mocha it come out like hot water with chocolate in it they redid it with a regular hot chocolate and that was a little tastier but cold I don’t get it why don’t they use the hot chocolate machine anymore terrible I threw it away and it cost me three dollars and change.
