Dylan & Pete's Ice Cream Truck

Dylan was great to work with leading up to our event. He responded to emails promptly. The truck arrived at our event on time. We had a sundae bar, and the team ensured toppings never ran out and the table was clean. Our event was fairly large, and while there was a line, it moved fast. The team served ice cream quickly so patrons could move swiftly to the topping bar. Great service! The ice cream was a hit, and it was delicious, too. Oh, and the truck is nostalgic. It added to the ambiance of our event.

They were hired for our wedding this evening and did a no show after repeated confirmations. This was the highlight of our evening. We called the day of and they told us they were on our way. This was an absolutely horrible experience and their response was we dropped the ball. No notice so we can find an alternative for our guests.

We are throughout eastern MA and it was such a pleasure to be able to work with them to have trucks visit multiple offices ranging from Haverhill to Hyannis on the same day at the same time so that although our staff are scattered, they were able to have a break and some fun around the same time.
