Used to be amazing, spicy sauce used to have so much flavor (and actual heat). White sauce used to have flavor. Chicken wasn’t dry. Now all of that isn’t true sadly. It’s missing flavor, the meat is dry, and spice is gone. They need to bring the flavor back.
EDIT 11/18: yeah downgrading to a 1 star. Today, my wife went to pick up some cream cheese from a bagel shop across the street and was going to come back to get falafel before heading home. She comes back to see her car on a tow truck because someone at Yassa had complained that she parked where she shouldn’t be. She was gone for less than 10 minutes and was going to buy falafel before heading home. This isn’t how you treat your customers and people who have been coming to you for years. So of course, she didn’t end up buying anything today after that. They have gone down the drain in all areas, clearly.
