Every order from Eliu's has been wonderful. I always order delivery and the food arrives hot, fast, and the delivery person is always super nice! The empanadas arrive with notes on the box so you know which is which, and they're all great.

The food is amazing. I have loved everything I have tried so far. They have hands down the best fries I have ever had. However, the delivery is a 2. They have gotten lost, and the food is always cold each time. It's better to go there and get the food yourself. The food is so good it's worth the trip out.

They just added something I absolutely love and u can't get them anywhere in lowell that I know of..I worked in Andover and my gf showed me a.place and I never found the same again..til now I'm so ciked please don't take arichinnis rice balls off the menu ...I just ordered last night and the girl on phone Def sold it... Saying my manager eats them alot so it sold me I went for it and want moreeeeee. I have other food in my fridge but want these again....sooo gooood

Oooh! My God I got the Pastelon pizza and the tripleta pizza to go and while I was driving I couldn't resist the smell and couldn't wait to get home.. It was delicious!!! My wife gave it two thumbs up and my son gave it two thumbs up to and for me I recommend it for those that hasn't tried it... I'll be there again to try other things on the menu... HOLE IN THE WALL YOUR FOOD IS GREAT keep up the deliciousness....
Our first time there, and we did pick up and our order was ready in 20 mins! We got the margherita puzza which was good, sauce was a little salty but my bf loved it. The loaded tostones was bigger than I expected, it was truly loaded with chicken. It's optional to get lettuce and onion on top but the crunch and freshness really helps. Wish they put more sauce, other than that it was delicious. Very little parking since it's all street and there's only one side. Also the tres leches was so good, perfect sweetness to end the night!

We were driving thriugh and decided to stop and get food along the drive. Our food was so good, we were sad we lived 8 hours away and couldn't just come back. So if you do not live in the area and will likely never come here again, you will regret trying this place because other places likely will not compare. We got the Tripleta pizza and it was a mouthful of flavor. They have cakes and we got the tres leche cake and this cake made me want to move from VA to MA because it was that good. It was honestly THE BEST TRES LECHE CAKE I have ever tasted.My only complaint is that the lady behind the counter didn't advise me to buy several pieces of cake. I only bought one slice and regret it. My mother and sister both loved it, and my mom is hard to please when it comes to food. It is a wonderful establishment that takes good tasting food seriously.

Driving by saw they sold Puerto Rican staples stopped to pick some up. Disappointed. Waited over 20 minutes. May be helpful to tell the customer of the wait. I only ordered empanadas and alcapurrias. I don’t mind paying $6 for an alcapurria were it good. It looked like a fried pastel and was not crispy.
