It's an institution in Lowell. I grew up in Lowell and when I go back its one of favorite places to go. Its so hard to find these great old school places. Stop by and support them, you won't regret it!

I suppose once upon a time their hot dogs were legendary but ours left much to be desired. Cheap pork-filler dogs- not beef.

Elliotts is a hometown classic. Only thing that's really lacking is their breakfast sandwiches, very dry not much flavor. But a classic hot dog is always good on a toasted bun. Their burgers and fries are good as long as you have salt and pepper. No major complaints!

Elliot’s had the best onion rings - we had to order a second round. The hot dogs were great and the root beer was really cold and delicious. The atmosphere was real, complete with legal advice, scratch-off tickets, and Lowell banter.

Got the 12 pack of dogs and fries half the dogs were cooked or half cooked fries were not a good as usual, usually cooked a lot longer as not to be soggy no crisp.
