The hot dogs are great no matter how you take them. The fries are cooked to order & always hot, crispy, yet fluffy on the inside. I always ask for them salted & they are never over oily. The service is always quick, above par & done with a smile. Although their delicious hot dogs are a simple food. Elliot's is still a landmark, cathedral of historic downtown Lowell MA. ? ? ? ??

It IS Elliot’s Hot Dogs…but the hot dogs were very run of the mill. People were very nice and if I lived in Lowell I may stop in once in a while, but I am not going to travel for their hot dogs.
