I dont get it. Not even 6 months ago this place was incredible. Now they arent even open the times they say they are, and the food isnt worth it anymore. Last 2 times i ordered from them, it came way late and the food was not only dead cold but not even what i ordered. Im never calling them again.

I have ordered a traditional plain cheese pizza a handful of times now. The first two pizzas were good once the cook started adding a little more cheese to the pizza. I thought following that change, I had found a new pizza place to satisfy my pizza cravings. Unfortunately, the last several pizza's that I've ordered have either been way over-cooked, or I've received a reheated dried out pizza that seems to have been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile I don't know what accounts for the sudden and drastic nose dive in the quality of the pizza at FIOs, hopefully management sees this review, and addresses the problem, as I've seen that FIOs can make a good pizza when they want to. Here's hoping that the situation improves.

Fio's new owner is absolutely amazing! As soon as you step through the door, your apart of their family. I got the chicken teriyaki sub with bacon and it was fantastic! My husband really liked his sub too, he got the Mickey. We will definitely go again!

Very disappointed with the new pizza and the online ordering through slice. Only 1 size sub now and they are VERY small... $40 for 2 subs delivered after fees, tax, delivery and tip which were so much smaller than before. Not cool... I would give a 2 if I wasn't a happy patron for the last 20+ years. Bring back the old pizza and larger subs and I'm happy to raise rating. Raise prices, don't lower quality

Ordered a Italian calzone and I am disappointed of the size $20 for 8 small pieces the size of those small dish sponges before it was way bigger .. the new owners are not the right ones never coming back.
I thoroughly enjoyed buying from Fios! Everyone there is energetic and clearly enjoys and loves the work theyre doing everyone talked to me with a smile on their face and the best part is the pizza was absolutely one of if not the most delicious pizza I've ever tasted for just a basic pepperoni. Definitely will be back thank you guys so much for the great experience and the great flavors!

Wings had a lot of breading not as good as remembered, didn’t like the ranch, fired ravioli didn’t come with marinara, pizza (especially the ricotta on it) needs more seasoning. Was not the Fio’s we remembered.
