My friends and I had an amazing meal before a show at the Park. The server was so awesome that we invited her to join us for the show! The food and drinks were well crafted and delicious.

I love that they offer a variety of delicious options. The Spicy Cauliflower is a standout—crispy, perfectly seasoned, the sauce is amazing and just the right amount of heat. It’s a must-try!
And let’s talk about their house-made pasta—it’s simply divine! The texture is perfect, and the flavors are so rich and comforting. Every dish I’ve tried at Fuse Bistro has been a hit, making it one of my favorite spots in Lowell.
The ambiance is great too—cozy, firehouse feeling, and perfect for any occasion. Highly recommend!

Place sucks - terrible owners - nothing but a fail. Watch out for the rats/mice when you first walk in.

I am shocked by the high rating on Google.
Based on the atmosphere, decor, and poor service, it is more fitting as a quick service spot or bar with bar bites than a bistro. Metal table and chairs that give quick service vibes with shabby grey walls. Leaking from the ceiling in spots. Service was negligible, especially as the waitress knew we had a show to get to and still took her time getting us the bill.
The menu is tiny and lacking. I got the veggie bowl with chicken. The flavor was monotone and had no depth, plus after having a bit the saltiness became overwhelming. The chicken was also overcooked and a bit dry.

Phenomenal food! I loved the gruyere tator tots and the Korean chicken tenders! Also, the open faced meal was so delicious with the caramel shaken expresso. The kielbasa roll was okay. I would come back!

Went for folk fest. The food was good but pretty expensive. The menu is pretty short. Basically a fancy burger joint. Nothing too special but def would recommend trying out if into that stuff.

Quaint place with nice outdoor seating in the shade. Waitress was personable and was helpful. There are a good amount of drink options. Ordered a margarita an it was delish. Food menu was mainly burgers with nice lunch specials. I had a half salad for an app and a burger with fried jalapeños served with fries as my main dish. The burger could've used a but more flavor or zest but the dips helped. The salad was good. Was a great lowkey spot to enjoy the weather.
