Very small corner restaurant in Lowell, but they have amazing food. The fried squid was so crispy, yet so juicy. The meekathung is good, but in my opinion, viet Thai's is better in flavor. I also got the lemon soda and it was nice and sour, I just wished it was a bit sweeter. Aside from what I ordered this day, I've also tried their soups and they do not lie when they say they have the best somlaw machu kreung. Soooo good. Definitely recommend.

Phnom Penh noodle is the best, very authentic flavorful but not too heavy.

Been coming here for years. I'm pretty sure I've tried every khmer spot in Lowell. Competition is tight but I will have to say out of all of them, Heng Lay is my favorite. Cha Kreung and BBQ Chx are some of my go to dishes.

Had cockle. It was good. Not as thick as I’m use too but pretty good.

I had the Kathiew Phnom Penh dry (គុយទាវភ្នំពេញគោក). It came out in less than 5 minutes. It was pretty quiet though. There was only one other table. The side soup was hot and savory. It was $12 for a medium bowl and $15 for a large bowl. It was tasty. You don't really need to add any condiments.Parking: There are 3 parking spots next to the restaurant and 3 more on the drive way near a fence.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ram leading to the entrance of the restaurant.

Food was pretty good. We had the beef salad and BBQ pork chop with rice dish. However, service was so so. It was almost an hour after we ordered that we got our food. driver also left the food without even texting us.

Place is great, one of my go-to’s for the area. When they decide to close down for the summer I wish they put something on their Google profile as I wasted time driving out here to find it boarded up.

The menu said: "Spicy Chicken Wings /drumpstick" ($13). I read this as you can either order wings or drumsticks. Turn out you get exactly what's written on the menu. Chicken wings and a drumstick! Look at that almost caramelized outside, and they were perfectly cooked. I wouldn't call them SPICY, but they were pleasantly spicy. The wings were fine, but the drumstick was reheated and dried out.

This is my go-to Cambodian restaurant ever! My boyfriend and I make it a point to stop by here whenever we are in North Andover. We only ever order the same two things here - beef stew noodles and the shaken beef! The shaken beef comes with a delicious pork broth soup that is so good. Unfortunately it does not come with the order if you order take out - only dine in I believe. The shaken beef is nice and tender with great flavor. The beef stew noodle soup has a flavor that I never had before and it's quite addicting. It's hard for me to finish a bowl of noodles, but I'm always finishing this one! The staff is always so friendly. I love coming here!

Excellent little find! The cuisine is tasty, fresh, and reasonably priced. We appreciated the meat-filled fried chow foon and the beef noodle soup. The fried calamari and durian shake were exceptional. We will return!

The staff are very friendly here and the food simply delicious! My 6yr old even loved it and he's typically very picky! 5 stars All- day! ?
