Heritage Farm Ice Cream & Restaurant

UPDATE: Looks like they somehow scrubbed a bunch of negative reviews because there were A LOT of them when I left my first review. I didn't know you could do that. And it also looks like management deleted all of their rude cringey responses to the negative reviews.

All the charm of the original Heritage Farms is gone, so sad. Lowell really doesn't need another pizza shop. And the management leaving sarcastic responses to reviews on here is always a terrible look. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be visiting again.

Wonderful food, ice cream, and service

Thanks for fixing the AC … changing my review to 5 star. As I said good is good just there was no AC I was having hard time eating there but I glad it’s been taken care of.

Very surprising, huge Menu ! Variety of foods , and was great service and good food , we got the angus burgers which comes with cheese bacon lettuce tomato and Mayo for 8.99 WOW! And it was Delicious! Regular burgers I believe were either 5.99 or 6.99 ? Huge selection of foods, friendly staff and OMG best sweet potato fries of my life and I’m not young !

Perfect place for a light bite or icecream after the day at the Heritage park or the river walk. We loved spending some quiet time here.

I was there a few weekends ago to get ice cream and the service was very nice. The odd thing was they had no toppings, and the worker was nice about it but added that there are under new management. I remember going to Heritage Farm for ice cream ? for years with my family. The ice cream has definitely changed. I always ordered a butter pecan frappe and geez the 9 oz, maybe 10 oz cup ? I was not impressed. And the pricing was insane. The ice cream my kids had was not like before very watery not as rich ice cream. I hope this changes but I will go elsewhere. Ordered the signature burger which is listed as a double burger. Got a single burger, and after asking where is the 2nd burger, I was told that the menu is old, and they actually meant double the cheese.Very disappointing and fraudulent service!!!

Worst Ice cream ever! Watered down ice cream. Everything was stale.

Referred by a friend. First time here. Ice cream menu was extensive with some wonderfully creative options. One disappointment was the whipped topping, not real whipped cream. Plenty of seating and parking. Nice location across from the Heritage State Park along the Merrimack River. Great place to bring the family for ice cream and hamburgers.

A lot of flavors and toppings, which is great! Serving size is ok, taste is very mild. I don't like how they do order of operations: They take your order pretty quickly, but it can still take 10-15 min for it to actually be ready. They should just have the same people take the order as make it. That makes it easier to estimate the wait time. A quick order followed by a long wait is misleading.
