I was there a few weekends ago to get ice cream and the service was very nice. The odd thing was they had no toppings, and the worker was nice about it but added that there are under new management. I remember going to Heritage Farm for ice cream ? for years with my family. The ice cream has definitely changed. I always ordered a butter pecan frappe and geez the 9 oz, maybe 10 oz cup ? I was not impressed. And the pricing was insane. The ice cream my kids had was not like before very watery not as rich ice cream. I hope this changes but I will go elsewhere. Please see receipts and the size of cups.

Went here with my family recently, have very fond memories of great times, I'll cherish those memories; because this place is no longer my cherished heritage since the new owners took over. Ordered a chili dog, and fries; cheapest ingredients money can buy, cooked by chef MIC. Cheap tasting sponge dog covered with cheap canned chili, a plastic wrapped cheese single and popped in the microwave to rubberize. The fries were generic restaurant fries that were over fried, and tasted of everything else they fried that week. Ice cream was overpriced for the tiny portions. I just can't praise or recommend this place under the current ownership until they make some drastic changes.

Ordered the signature burger which is listed as a double burger. Got a single burger, and after asking where is the 2nd burger, I was told that the menu is old, and they actually meant double the cheese.Very disappointing and fraudulent service!!!

12.00 for 2 small cups probably had about 2 spoonfuls in each I'm embarrassed for this over priced ice cream stand I will not be returning any time soon! Very disappointing

What happened to one of my favorite places, Heritage, in my neighborhood? I went there tonight with my family, as usual. I don't know if it's under new management, or what, but first, the health department should visit them. The girl at the cash register is the same one (one of them) who serves the ice cream. In a world where diseases are everywhere now, she serves with the same hand that touched the money, without gloves. So I asked the manager, and he said the cone has a paper around it... huh? Also, they no longer know what 1 scoop means because now, 2 scoops are half of a cup. So if you want the same amount of ice cream you had a few months ago, I recommend ordering 4 scoops. Maybe it will go slightly over the edge of the cup. I won't be going back... sorry.

Referred by a friend. First time here. Ice cream menu was extensive with some wonderfully creative options. One disappointment was the whipped topping, not real whipped cream. Plenty of seating and parking. Nice location across from the Heritage State Park along the Merrimack River. Great place to bring the family for ice cream and hamburgers.

A lot of flavors and toppings, which is great! Serving size is ok, taste is very mild. I don't like how they do order of operations: They take your order pretty quickly, but it can still take 10-15 min for it to actually be ready. They should just have the same people take the order as make it. That makes it easier to estimate the wait time. A quick order followed by a long wait is misleading.

Ordered a frozen lemonade, didn’t even look like a frozen lemonade. Tasted and looked like blended ice cream. I’m not even sure how you make frozen lemonade but whatever I got did not look like lemonade whatsoever. Felt sick after 30 mins of consuming. Ended up vomiting. Not sure what was in it but definitely wasn’t good.

New owners, food good but service very slow, waited almost 45 min for a hot sub, nobody else around, they said 15 min.

While the food maybe good, the pricing of items shown are not accurately described. I got the lobster feast. It said comes it came with fries, coleslaw & Clam Chowder. After the lady rang it up. I was asked if I wanted fries or the chowder. I was told I had to pick.(Not how the sign said it)I paid the extra for the chowder. Not happy with them at all. Watch for other pricing traps. I demanded they correct the sign. I will be back to check on this. But I won't be a customer any further !!

It’s ice cream. Just mind blowing that I paid $17 for one small ice cream and a glorified McFlurry.
