Good evening it was my first time coming to this place downtown in lowell. customer service was great. The server was very nice. I look to talk about the food. The food is the best food there fresh food. keep doing what you guys doing great job.?
My partner and I have eaten here a few times. The boiled dinner is amazing, hands-down, although the fried baskets, not so much. The fried shrimp basket was OK, the fried calamari, was horrific! It was saturated in grease, "old grease" and ended-up in the trash.
THE FOOD GODS ARE SMILING!!! this is by FAR the best crab we have had, coast to coast! Do yourself a favor and stop in here. Staff was wonderful! Never had an empty glass. It is super clean. All around great experience. I AM REVIEWING THIS AS WE SIT HERE AT HOLY CRAB.
