The prices are way too high in comparison with others in the area. The service is not really desirable. I will not come back and will not recommend this eatery for such high price and low service manner. Besides, there is no price tags on any of the items in the store probably to put customers into a situation of buying to save faces.I can't imagine 2 banh tiu costing $4.00 and a piece of banh tiu costing $4.00. In addition, it seems that the owner deliberately did not put prices on any of the items to put customers in a situation that was already a given.

Best bahn mi in Lowell! Great selection of snacks and drinks. I always try something new every time I come to the shop! I love the pickled carrots and daikon. Good for a crunchy side dish or to use on sandwiches between visits!

Bought banh mi that is definitely overpriced compared to other similar cuisines in the area and items aren’t priced so you would have to ask the counter. It a take- out location so no dine-in either. I bought spring rolls(3 rolls) for $11 and not worth the cost. Skimpy on meat and not fresh tasting.

I won’t lie the food is good and nostalgic, but the attitude not so much. I think they all need a vacation so they can come back happier. Dear hong cuc employees please take care of yourselves so that you may treat us better and get more customers in return.

Looking for a change of pace? They have an abundance of eastern sweets in stock. The employees were kind and accommodating to my several questions. Then, when I ordered bubble tea, they went out of their way to accommodate my specific preferences. I've never had better bubble tea. I'd give it six stars if I could.

I had been coming and supporting the sandwich shop over 30yrs and the owner showed no loyalty for charging me 25 cents for splitting the order. I asked the owner are seriously going to charge me for splitting the order. She said yes and said I will never come back again. She said it is what it is. So that was a straw breaking the camel back. No more love and they are not the only one in town. Beside that, they don't put price on items in the showroom. When they were in the old location, the husband drank off the blender and I pretended not seeing it. I should have said something but I didn't.Watch what you buy and you won't know how much until it is ringing up.

It was my first time going thinking it was restaurant but actually it was Vietnamese grocery shop. If you like banmi which is Vietnamese sandwich, this is a place to go. They make it right there for you of your choice! You can also get different snacks, drinks and appetizers. Love the food and drinks~

Let’s just say my childhood revolves around this eatery. The bahn mi sandwiches never disappoint when I come to Lowell and especially love the bon bon candy they have. My favorite spot in general. Much love !! ?

This place is overpriced but I don’t mind supporting local businesses. But the fact that they keep messing up my banh mi is ridiculous. Every time I order here I ask for spicy but they always forget! Officially done with this spot as of today. Just go down the street for other banh mi sandwiches who actually listen and offer a fair price.

Definitely good sandwiches but horrible service that don’t even make it worth it. And they’re overpriced. Nothing is labeled so they could overcharge you. How I buy spring rolls for $8.50 then next time you’re charging me $14. I’ma just stick with my Cambodian sandwich shops instead.

4 Sandwiches and a pack of spring rolls $71 . 4 spaces for parking . Clean inside . Sandwich are good. Just OVERPRICED!!! No price tag on anything.

This place loves to rip you off at the register. Notice how there are no prices on anything and you always end up spending at least 10 bucks or more than expected. Stay away! They're crooks!
