It is not Portuguese food. The Portuguese appetizer was served with cheddar cheese and not Portuguese cheese. The sauces were sweet and BQ tasting. It was a one time visit.

Have always enjoyed our trips to the IV Seasons. Haddock is excellant as is their beef pot roast, (2 of my favorites! Comfy atmosphere, great wait staff !

You can’t beat the affordability and quality of food here. I’ve been to MANY Portuguese restaurants in Massachusetts (north shore and south shore, and more) and no one does the Portuguese Steak of the house like IV Seasons. It is the best , all around. The food and service is always great and consistent. I’ve been coming here with family and friends for lunch and dinner for decades. If you like Portuguese food , this is the place. And if you’ve never had Portuguese food, this is the place. Also great for catering your event!
We live 3 hours away in northern NH but it's worth the trip to Lowell, MA to connect with friends and have luch at the IV Seasons Portuguese Restaurant. The food is great! The service is amazing! I don't know how one person can serve the bar and wait on all the tables in a packed place and do it so well!
The atmospher is absolutelt great as well. If you like a place where you can feel at home and everyone is friendly, then this is the place for you!
