What an amazing restaurant in the most ideal location in Lowell. Today was my first time having entered the beautiful location and had take out. I can without a doubt state that my husband and I will be coming in and be patrons because of the friendly service, unique style, and most definitely the fresh ingredients used in their menu. Thank you for helping me on a stressful day and so happy I finally came in!

Jade is the best Chinese food in Lowell and the surrounding area. We tried several dishes and all of them were delicious. You could see and taste the love and fresh ingredients put into each dish. The restaurant was clean and modern with a good vibe. The service was really good, but a little under staffed. That would be my only complaint. We will definitely return and are excited to see such a good Chinese restaurant so close by!
Parking: We parked in the main parking lot of the Thorndike exchange. There wasn't a lot of available sports there on a Saturday night, but I think there is more parking out back.

I went with my girlfriend to eat there we were very badly served by a gentleman, he threw our food anyway on the table, serving us with a lot of unwillingness, I can guarantee that I won't go back there for this service yesterday

If you're looking for a popping place to have a wonderful meal. Where the employees and owner are amazing Jade Lowell Restaurant is the place to be to start your Friday! They have so many tasty selections on their menu. My favorite that I recommend is any of their lo meins (shrimp, beef, chicken, pork). Their lo mein is made fresh and had no msg. You order, and five minutes later, a heaping elegant plate of lo mein is at your table. One order can feed 2, or if you're really hungry, just yourself. Check them out when you're in lowell, you won't be disappointed with their #MagicLomein I know I never am. Happy weekend everyone!

I really liked how the restaurant is connected to the train station, for starters. That it's a beautiful place, with a nice atmosphere, and great food, seals the deal! It was quiet when I went, and I had a cozy corner table. The food was delicious. My only complaint is that no one stopped by to ask how my food was, which the restaurant needs to improve. But I'm letting that go, as everything was fresh and delicious. I unfortunately don't live in the area, but if I did, I'd definitely be back!

This is my second time here and just like my first this visit was positive experience. Very classy / modern vibe here. The food has always been better than just good¡¡¡ The service is relatively quick even on a large order not to mention the server was very kind & friendly.. I recommend Jade lowell to anyone in search of great dining experience. They do offer a full bar as well.
