Jade is fantastic on all levels. Delicious Asian foods. The service is excellent. Energetic atmosphere. Great libations namely the Scorpion bowl's. Dining in or taking out is equally delicious. I enjoy reading all the notes on the wall addressed to Mr. Wong. Support to our communities is evident.

Didn’t know they had an Under cooked pink chicken special. Orange chicken breading was mushy and soggy. Eggs rolls were salty. Lo mein was mediocre. I genuinely don’t understand how this place has a 4.4 star review. Makes me believe the reviews are fake. Buyer beware, I warned you :)

The menu is creative and well executed the platter for 2 was fresh and flavorful, and the portion sizes were generous. Service was attentive and friendly, and the dining room felt warm and comfortable. Prices were fair for the quality. I’ll definitely be back and recommend Jade to anyone looking for a reliably great Asian-fusion meal in Lowell.

Ordered $ 115.00 of food the Rice was not cooked (Since I requested no onions they must of cooked quickly) the House Lowmein had 3 scrimps and rarely any meat and the noodles were over cooked also a special order I guess if you get regular order then they must do good everything else was ok NOT HAPPY

The food is great ...how they do business is another story . I placed Order on line i forgot to choose delivery . They made me go to another web site as they could not cancel from the restaurant and reorder choosing delivery. I used coupon for 15% off on the 1st order. They ended up charging me twice and not honoring the coupon. Whoever the person is answering the phone needs some training....
