I ordered a mozzarella stick and a steak and cheese sub with pickles and mayo not toasted.
The mozzarella sticks where good but small for the price.
My complaint in general is how poorly made my sub was. More mayo than I've ever seen and the meat was over cooked small portion that tasted unpleasant.

I just paid $20 for a hamburger, fries, and a drink. This was hands down the worst burger I ever had. If you're going to charge prices like you're serving quality food then serve quality food. As soon as I picked up the burger everything fell apart. I have had good experiences at this place, but something has changed. I would have had a better experience at McDonald's.

Me and my wife had a great experience. The food was excellent. They brought the food to the table. The chicken bowl was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. I grew up in lowell when the first Jimmy's was there when they had an arcade machine. Great place always. Thank you for the great service and hospitality. See you soon.
