This is the most unassuming restaurant I have ever been to. Once you're inside, you are family. It is almost like someone opened up their kitchen and living room, set up some tables and chairs, TV is blaring in the back, and someone cooks up some food for you. The hospitality cannot be beat. This is my first visit to the restaurant. I ordered the special noodle soup which turned out to be extremely flavorful and delicious. The owner and her son provided exceptional service being very friendly and helpful. The food reminded me of home cooking and brought back fond memories.
I have been coming here since I was a kid in diapers! It is such a community, family oriented place. After moving away, when I come back to Lowell, I find myself stopping by here multiple times when I am on vacation. This is a no frills eatery and the food is as good as I remember it to be, not to mention affordable.
