Had an amazing meal at Lemon and Thyme in Lowell! The lamb shank was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My server, Chandra, was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend both the dish and the service!

Location looks nice but the price and quality of the food is far too expensive. Tried the shawarma it wasnt even a shawrma or a gyro idk what it was but it didnt taste like it was supposed to or look like it was supposed to. This should be labeled fusion because it doesnt resemble anything of a shawarma the lamb was surely cooked on a grill and not on a shank cut off fresh as needed and meat pies were very doughy and dry with a weird taste to the meat. The bread wasn't soft it was a little hard like stale and the side of grape leaves only comes with 4 and those tasted a little off as well. Maybe for other people this place might be good but this is not anything near to real Mediterranean food. For the price being too high and the huge letdown of the quality of food I would of loved to come back because it's close but this is the 1st and last time.
Parking: There are plenty of spots for the building itself

An absolute gem! The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I was especially impressed by the variety of dishes, all made with high-quality ingredients. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere cozy yet modern. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal with friends, this place is a must-visit. I highly recommend their signature lemon chicken and falafel. Can't wait to come back!

Inside the 491 building lobby, no signage. As others noted, it's a bit of an oddly placed, oddly lit, oddly temperature controlled location.
The service is extremely basic, almost unjustifiable tip levels if there's no proactive service. The food prices are high for this level of service and atmosphere, but the food is absolutely solid, well cooked, well seasoned and spiced, and feels homey but with a bit more salt.
Almost hidden gem status, but in an odd way. Not great for dates or anything remotely romantic, but good for a power lunch or easy family meal.

There only appeared to be two people working there so I'll cut them some slack. There were 3 of us dinning and each of our dinners came with a salad but they brought one single serving size salad and one 2 person size to share, but no plates. Kind of odd. The dinners came out 5 minutes apart which irritates me. But there generous portion sizes and quality made up for it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully ramped to get down to the basement level but the last of 3 ramps is a bit steep and not quite to code.

Decent food but very small quantity- especially for vegetarian dishes. We tried their falafel and baba ghannou. The bg was good but falafel were barely size of a quarter and definitely not sufficient to fill up one person. The pita was stale and thin and very poorly made - totally unacceptable for a Mediterranean restaurant! The location is nice but hard to find without any proper signs and it’s more like a counter serve restaurant that is too pricey for what they offer.
Vegetarian options: Falafel, Baba ghanouu (eggplant), small quantity
