Placed an order on the app was shorted almost half my order - stores fault. Then called delivery services and they refunded me for what was missing (my items) so if I want to eat I have to place a NEW ORDER? Unacceptable. I gave benefit of the doubt the first 2 times. Every order I've made here I'm missing items if I get delivery. Calling Domino's or Pizza Hut from now on.

I bought a pissa last night on bridge st lowell when I got there there were 2 boxes of pizza on warmer worker gave me one I asked how long the pizza been sitting there they said eight minutes bull not true when I got home 1 minute away the pizza was hard and it taste nasty and dry and had more sauce than cheese staff were eating and handling food without washing hand and their pizza that they were eating looked better than the one I bought lots off cheese shiny on the slice employee was eating un eceptable
The pizza here is almost always very good, but their online ordering has been broken for months now, so you can only order in person or by phone.

HANGOVER PIZZA!!..Every time I eat this I feel like garbage 10 minutes later!!...IDK why but EVERY time..lol. It could be the pizza is only 1 step above gas station pizza because they leave it under lamps until its purchased and ONLY Little Ceasars and gas stations give slices a tan before you buy it .lol.
Tastes good but the hangover is why 2stars...could just be me though, idk?

Very bad staff, don't buy pizzas at that place, they always have to wait a long time for your order, they just keep talking, don't buy pizzas at this location.
Cheap food but you get what you pay for.

There needs to be more of these!
We Drove 25 min to pick this pizza up. Got home and
Called to tell them something was wrong with their sauce and it tastes like straight up chemicals. they would not make this right in any way. They actually hung up on me while trying to explain the fault in the pizza.
We buy from here all the time and normally love their pizza but the manager and his chick at the front are disrespectful.

Parking: They have 2-3 parking spaces in the front of the store. If you can't get one of those parking spaces then hard to find a parking spot available.
Kid-friendliness: It's a purely takeout restaurant so kid-friendly doesn't apply. BUT, if you're picking up your pizza and they give you a code to press to retrieve your order you could let your kids put in the code and they think it's pure magic (love that)!
Wheelchair accessibility: It does have wheelchair access ability but it is a little tight trying to get in and out (due to the pylons so close to the door)as well as the limited parking available and slight slope of the parking lot.

The food is always great and the staff are friendly. This place can get busy though! They are typically quick to get the food out if they run outta hot and readys. We go here frequently.
