Super personable and fast service. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and was the only person there. The guy behind the counter was easygoing and friendly and brought my order right to my table. The sandwich itself was fantastic. Fresh, a little spicy, and filling. These guys deserve more attention for sure.

Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, a great menu too. Everything I had had has been top notch and affordable. The atmosphere is clean, walls have some cool stuff on it, and the music selection is usually great. Casual conversation seems common here as well which is nice.

All of their sandwiches are good, however here is my #1 order (best sandwich i’ve ever had/customized)- french roll- turkey- bacon and avocado- cheddar cheese- chipotle mayo- lettuce- tomato-onion-cucumberSide of Maui onion potato chips is a must- I sprinkle some on the sandwich. Also add a side of pickles. Chefs kiss.I intended to make a social media post of their excellence, but dug into the food too soon!10/10 every time

I came in to grab something for someone else I have never tried this place before but decided to bring something home for my little guy to try and had no regrets this will be my new spot for subs the sub was so fresh and delicious perfect size for us to share the place is super clean and very esthetically pleasing the staff was super friendly and prompt with our orders 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Just ordered for the first time and they’re definitely one of the best places in Lowell for a quick sub. Actually fresh and affordable unlike most places around

I ordered a tuna and they gave me sub roll instead of Syrian. I ordered a Ruben and they tried to pass off pastrami as corned beef. This place is dishonest, I wouldn't trust a food order unless you watch them make it.

The quality of the service was impeccable, and it was outshined by the excellent quality of the product served. Top notch service, top shelf ingredients. My food was amazing. I had the BLT and it was fabulous. The Cape Codder was also ordered by a family member and we both agree that Lou's didn't disappoint us! A jewel of an establishment!!
