Good portion sizes and food come out screaming hot, with competitive pricing. Food was good, maybe a little conservative on the seasonings and maybe a tad under developed as time goes, for example the rice porridge was more of a chicken and rice soup, it was tasty but could have used a little more time simmer and break down.

I guess this is true Cambodian food about; a bit on the salty side just like Simply Khamir's food but Lowell Restaurant is more affordable and taste exactly the same! friendly service and we really like the noodle soup and fried chicken wings and fried tofu..... I am going to try their egg rolls and duck rice next time!

The owner charged 1$ extra on top of the prices on their manues. I ordered a medium bowl size of combination noodles at the price of 12.50$. After the meal was served, the owner gave me a bill of 13.50$ and I asked why?. She said the prices have gone up now. They should have updated their manues so that the customers would know exactly what they have to pay for their order. The prices should not be changed extra bases on their mouths. If you go there, you need to clarify with them about their prices to avoid paying extra like me. 1$ is not much, but I am very disappointed since it is not a fare business. If they like charging customers extra so what is the point of having menus and prices??????
