Food was alright I asked for extremely spicy mei fun and the waiter looked at me crazy and it still wasn't spicy enough for me and when I asked for chopsticks he asked if I knew how to use them and was surprised after I was done eating that I actually knew how to use them.

The food is always so fresh and tasty. Although, tonight, I ordered the orange chicken for the first time, and it was a bit too crunchy and a little hard to eat. We've had the beef teriyaki, house fried rice, lo mein, pu pu platter, and peking ravioli, all excellent. Small place, but cozy. Reasonable prices.

I'm very picky when it comes to chinese food. Its either too greasy or the portion is small and too pricy. Here the food is not greasy. The price i pay for the portion it's almost unbelievable because of the times we are living in. I haven't been here in years. I've moved out of lowell but I do work close by. This will be my new go to chinese food spot.

We’ve been loyal customers of this restaurant for years because the food is consistently great. However, the quality of their delivery service is completely unacceptable and undermines their reputation.
The delivery drivers have a habit of banging on our door so hard that it startles everyone in the house. This has happened multiple times, and we’ve brought it up with the drivers each time. Unfortunately, during the most recent delivery, instead of acknowledging our concerns, the driver became aggressive, yelling and cursing at us.
While my husband’s tone may have been firm, there is absolutely no excuse for a delivery driver to respond with such unprofessional behavior. It’s not just inappropriate—it’s completely unacceptable. If you work in a customer-facing position, courtesy is non-negotiable. To the restaurant: it’s time to reevaluate who you’re hiring as the face of your business. Your food is amazing, but your delivery service drags down the overall experience. You should be ashamed of this level of service.

First time ordering a pu pu platter from Mandarin Lowell and believe me it will be the last time. Food was horrible. There was alot of grease that it even went through to the bag. Crap Rangoons were not cooked enough, boneless spareribs were over cooked and the shrimp, chicken wings and chicken fingers had a lot of grease on them. I picked up the eggroll and squeezed it alittle and my fingers had a lot of grease. Delivery driver from Uber Eats was fantastic But honestly the food was horrible
