I pay 23 dollars for a crab Rangoon and rice to get delivered to me and I get a half container of duck sauce and one packet of soy sauce? Absolutely insane. And on top of that the guy didn’t even call my food when dropping off the order and instead rang my doorbell millions of times. Honestly never buying from here again. Horrible.

Its a shame, we have been a loyal customer for years and order a couple times a month at a delivered price of around 85.00 but lately the food has been very inconsistent and for every order I get delivered I always ask for extra ginger sauce. I don't mind your price with delivery, what I do mind is it almost never happens now. We were even charged once or twice but the problem is you send everything but the one thing I asked for!! Our last order I stated 2 extra ginger sauce please no need to send other sauces or cookies, what did we get??? One ginger and 3 duck sauce!! Your food varies in taste from one order to another and can't seem to get orders correct and your delivery price is very expensive and never correct so we are done. Time to find someone who cares about the customer's orders

Lilly is the best and best food in lowell and drinks are amazing don’t judge the appearance this place is the best for buck and quantity been coming here for years every time in area never disappoints

Food was alright I asked for extremely spicy mei fun and the waiter looked at me crazy and it still wasn't spicy enough for me and when I asked for chopsticks he asked if I knew how to use them and was surprised after I was done eating that I actually knew how to use them.

The food is always so fresh and tasty. Although, tonight, I ordered the orange chicken for the first time, and it was a bit too crunchy and a little hard to eat. We've had the beef teriyaki, house fried rice, lo mein, pu pu platter, and peking ravioli, all excellent. Small place, but cozy. Reasonable prices.

I'm very picky when it comes to chinese food. Its either too greasy or the portion is small and too pricy. Here the food is not greasy. The price i pay for the portion it's almost unbelievable because of the times we are living in. I haven't been here in years. I've moved out of lowell but I do work close by. This will be my new go to chinese food spot.
