Just bought a big breakfast. Order #240 at Varnum Ave Lowell. There were No pancakes. Also got a bacon, egg cheese biscuit, the bisquit is soggy.

They changed managers and have since had poorer service. Things like missing items for mobile order or replacing items with smaller value items. More recently and specifically, I had a mobile order code that I told to the drive-thru Cashier, and their response was we don't have that code come to the second window. I get to the second window and then they proceed to tell me that I never told them the code and to go back around. The cashier did not admit to saying that he didn't see the code and told me to go to the second window.

Bad service had ordered 2 snack wrap meals got to the window only got 1 then said we hadn’t ordered but somehow gave an extra drink so they made me pay again for the snack wrap meal but where was the drink I payed for with the meal??? Make no sense don’t work if you can’t do your job correctly.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip and they gave me a 4 piece nugget instead. They still charged me the chicken stripe though. Of course I didn't see it until I got home. Who wants to to turn around and drive back because people can't be bothered to pay attention. The last time I went to this McDonald's, they gave me a Big Mac instead of a Quartet Pounder. I don't understand why it is so difficult to literally read an order from a screen and fill it. I wish I had the luxury of being this bad at my job. If I make a mistake, someone could die, but these people can't even distinguish between a chicken strip and a chicken nugget. This is the last time I will ever go to this location.

I have been to very many McDonald's locations, and I rarely have a bad experience at them. Except this one. I have a bad experience every other time I go here.

They regularly fill sprite with just carbonated water. They do this REGULARLY.

They almost always take so long.

I got really bad food poisoning from here once. Took me over a week to recover after losing over 10lbs.
