I had an old one star review from many many years ago. They've mostly been consistent and deliver what you'd expect from McDonald's (interpret that however you want). Quality is okay for what it is. Staff has been friendly and professional. For the past few years, no problems other than an occasional missing straw or sauce pack.

Went through the drive thru, I checked the order, and it was the wrong order, I pointed it out and was given another bag and left the window when I checked the order before departing the parking lot I found that the order was still incorrect. I went back through the drive thru to have it corrected and had to wait 20 minutes for the correct order. Am I wrong here ? You pay $35 for food for the family. You should get what you have ordered,no? And mistakes happen, so they should...
