Not sure what the point is of ordering ahead when you end up waiting for 20 minutes at a time for curbside pickup. And this seems to be an issue specific to this location unfortunately.

I come here a couple times a week to order food after I get out of work at midnight. I will come to this location at Rogers Street to order a quick meal. Last night I ordered a mchicken meal deal with a root beer and ranch sauce on the side, and Oreo McFlurry and 2 apple pies. I see the usual late-night staff.
One of the employees is a manager and honestly love her vibe and every time I see her she’s always so sweet and kind to me. In which I value her customer service and loyalty to the company. Food is always fresh and my fries comes out piping hot out of the oil. I love it when I have a hot meal and I have a good time conversating with her.
Last night, she seemed alright but you can just tell something’s not right. I seen a bag being handed out calmly and the other customer two cars in front of me aggressively snatched the bag out from her hand. Then another car tried to give back a drink with a straw in it. (ew, like if you didn’t want the drink just chuck it in the parking lot trash. It’s not worth the cross contamination and the fact that it’s a big food safety issue.) I didn’t hear her yell or anything. Just doing her job.
When I finally got to the window. She greeted me warmly and tried to stay positive. And I can tell she seemed visibly overwhelmed but physically drained.
I just told her that she’s doing an amazing job and keep up the great work. She was super appreciative of the input and encouragement. Hopefully, these crazy customers will stop false advertising and start making more of a difference as being a better polite customer.
*REMEMBER if you want good service, you should ALWAYS be kind to one another and be respectful towards others who you are ordering from. It’s horrible to find people are still reacting like this, this is just utterly disgusting behavior.
(I used to work in fast food restaurants in my teens and twenties years.) So I know how it’s like when people coming to visit are breathing down on your neck over something so little that can be handled without a customer acting all erratic and rude to staff members when they are just trying to do their job.
It Sucks that the late night shift have to even go through that. The manager and her crew most definitely should deserve a raise for all their hard work.
I will still continue to support this Rogers street McDonald’s location forever and always. Never had any issues just received nothing but love, care and respect from the team❤️

The late-night service is terrible, the attendant was super rude and impolite. When I went back to complain about my order, I ordered a strawberry milkshake, she gave me whipped cream with coffee... she kept saying it was strawberry, then said I ordered the wrong thing, and said a bunch of other things.

This McDonald’s sucks, they don’t do free refills now. They fill the whole cup with ice to screw you, and won’t even refill it. Don’t go to this McDonald’s!

I was very poorly served by a woman with pink hair now at 3:55 am, I placed my order and she didn't want to deliver it to me saying that they were no longer working, in the app it says that they started my order and I can't get my chargeback, if she didn't want to do the work ok, but start my order and harming me.

McDonald’s – Rogers Street, Lowell, MA
Gotta give credit where it’s due — the staff here is on point! They’re quicker, friendlier, and more attentive than most McDonald’s I’ve been to. Everything comes out hot and right, and you can tell they actually care about doing their job well. Solid crew all around — keep it up!

The dining room is presently under renovation. Drive-thru is not speedy and as a mobile order pickup I get directed to a second window where I have to wait longer. Beef at this McDonald's seems to contain more gristle. The steak on a bagel was greasy and barely edible. The quarter pounder also seemed extra greasy and had chunks of gristle
