I got a drink and a corndog when i went and they were both good! But every-time I go there the workers always respond annoyed and like Im bothering them for ordering.
And I understand having a bad day but twice that I’ve been there, the door was LOCKED by 6pm when they supposedly closed at 8pm!?! I saw both girls working that day using their phones behind the register and when I knocked once to get their attention, one quickly glanced at me and then continued using their phone and pretended they didn’t see me!?!? This was surprising to see and I just hope they don’t do that in the future :/

i got a oreo milk tea and a fruity pebbles donut the donut had seemed very stale and ass the oreo milk tea when i first tried it the oreo seemed very nasty and old and crusty . never going back again i recommend to all to NOT go there .

Loved the mochinut and Hong Kong iced tea I got! Wasn’t super cheap but also wasn’t the most expensive. The restaurant itself isn’t super “instagramable” but it wasn’t bad. I’d go back to try some of their other options!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!! I was incredibly disappointed with mochinut. I came here because my children had been begging to come for weeks and I ordered 4 donuts, 2 corndogs and bubble tea. To start off the food was ridiculously overpriced, the donuts were hard it seemed as though they had left them out at least 3 days and it looked like there was a mold spur on one of them but I was told it was just the frosting. But I brushed it off because I like to keep an open mind. Then when my wife and I got our corndogs they were very greasy and soggy and when I informed Tracy (who I was told was the manager) she completely ignored me and rolled her eyes. The bubble tea was extremely sweet even my sugar addicted kids spat it out. Also the cleanliness of this place was below average. The floors were extremely sticky I almost fell and could’ve hit my head! It looked like there was mouse droppings on the floor. When we arrived home my whole family was very sick for the next 2 days little Johnny was crying all night. Thanks a lot mochinut! I won’t ever come back. I don’t know how anyone could give this more than 1 star. I’d rather let my money burn!

Unpleasant experience all around, the drinks were poorly made and Tracy was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The entire business did not seem to be up to health code, and an exterminator would probably benefit them. DO NOT GO HERE.
they are not sanitary at all. i’ve seen the back and heard stuff about what happens when making the food

My experience with this mochinut has been the worst experience i’ve received. My donuts (a dozen) were hard and rock solid. Me and my team (I brought it in as a treat for my company team) all agreed that they seemed stale, as if it were donuts made days ago. I had very high expectations for this shop, but was disappointed with the quality and service I received. Not only that, When i went to pick up the donuts The manager (Im guessing) seemed very rude to his employees. I will not be supporting this business, and do not recommend supporting them.

The donuts were great! We grabbed one of each so everyone could taste them. The donuts themselves are pretty light and chewy.
The strawberry cheese drink was phenomenal, will definitely order it again if we come out that way. My husband liked the Vietnamese coffee as well, perfect for those that want a caffeine boost in the morning.
