It was okay the place was normal and the service was okay nothing special I mean they did mess up my order but it’s fine, the donuts are good but the Korean corn dogs are not very greasy I threw up when I came home, I do not recommend the hot Cheeto corn dog as it doesn’t even taste like hot Cheeto very messy and the taste is horrible and mostly all you can taste is the oily grease even the other corn dogs are mid too as the potato corn dog wasn’t even that good as it also tasted like grease and with bread the potato I felt like it was even there, and even Putting ketchup didn’t help.

Donuts were quite stale. Very disappointing for the price you pay. Store looks like it started off cute, but is not being upkept. My tea was great just as I had it at other locations, but a lot of options were out on menu, then once ordered were told other various items in our order were out. Service was semi friendly, but not good. Maybe staff need more training or support? Unfortunately we will take the time to go to Boston if we want Mochinut again, the difference in experience and quality of food is surprising.

Best Mochi donuts in Lowell - possibly the best anywhere!! Wish they had plain glazed, but it turns out their Ube donuts are even better. My new favorite shop for my new favorite treat.

Went to Mochinut and had three doughnuts: Matcha, Churros, and Strawberry. All three were delicious. The doughnuts each had a small cookie or candy item on top which was a great design and bonus to a great tasty treat.

Also, the employee was nice and the food was prepared quickly and on time. The location does have seating. The location is in downtown Lowell, so parking can be tricky. Other than the food has been amazing.

Will be back soon!

Donuts were cold and stale as if they had been sitting out a long time definitely didn't taste freshly made at all and we went in the morning. Actually had to spit it out and throw them away. The corn dog was so hard that when bit into it almost chipped my tooth. Only food item that was decent was the yogurt smoothies which cost $6.00 each. So was complete money wasted on the food items. Will not return. Do not recommend.

Stale donuts. More than 1 occasion.I've been to one of the Mochinuts in Boston and loved that experience and the donuts were ??. So you can imagine my excitement when they came to Lowell. I've only had them a couple times, and they've only just been OK to me. Until that last time last year when my daughter and I were given fresh topping and flavor over some STALE donuts. I've seen other people's ratings in different places after looking them up that have said the same things about the stale donuts. We swore never to go back, unfortunately. Momochi in Drum Hill is way better and have never failed us with quality.

The mochi donuts are quite good - we tried the matcha, ube, and taro, and they were all tasty. Mochinut really does great with their namesake. However, be forewarned that despite being also marketed as a bubble tea place, the tea does not include bubbles, which are an additional $1 upcharge and you have to ask for them specifically. Personally, I think it's absurd to charge $6.50 for a tea without bubbles, so I assumed that price included bubbles and was unpleasantly surprised to get a beverage that was just tea with milk.Would return for donuts, but not bubble tea.

Got a six pack of donuts, they were out of two of the flavors by 2:30 in a Saturday and seemed to have to keep checking between customers They were all pretty good, although the condition of the seating wasn't great. Had to wipe down the counters ourselves and the other tables weren't much better. A little pricey for what you got, but unless you want to travel, it's what you got.

This is a very unique place with good food! The employees are very nice, service is good, and mochinuts are good as leftovers in the fridge. I’m a big fan! Will be coming back.

Cute little Mochi-noms!! Great extras, the Korean corndogs and their drink selection is only rivaled by their delicious Mochinut flavors!
