Donuts were cold and stale as if they had been sitting out a long time definitely didn't taste freshly made at all and we went in the morning. Actually had to spit it out and throw them away. The corn dog was so hard that when bit into it almost chipped my tooth. Only food item that was decent was the yogurt smoothies which cost $6.00 each. So was complete money wasted on the food items. Will not return. Do not recommend.

Stale donuts. More than 1 occasion.I've been to one of the Mochinuts in Boston and loved that experience and the donuts were ??. So you can imagine my excitement when they came to Lowell. I've only had them a couple times, and they've only just been OK to me. Until that last time last year when my daughter and I were given fresh topping and flavor over some STALE donuts. I've seen other people's ratings in different places after looking them up that have said the same things about the stale donuts. We swore never to go back, unfortunately. Momochi in Drum Hill is way better and have never failed us with quality.

The mochi donuts are quite good - we tried the matcha, ube, and taro, and they were all tasty. Mochinut really does great with their namesake. However, be forewarned that despite being also marketed as a bubble tea place, the tea does not include bubbles, which are an additional $1 upcharge and you have to ask for them specifically. Personally, I think it's absurd to charge $6.50 for a tea without bubbles, so I assumed that price included bubbles and was unpleasantly surprised to get a beverage that was just tea with milk.Would return for donuts, but not bubble tea.

Got a six pack of donuts, they were out of two of the flavors by 2:30 in a Saturday and seemed to have to keep checking between customers They were all pretty good, although the condition of the seating wasn't great. Had to wipe down the counters ourselves and the other tables weren't much better. A little pricey for what you got, but unless you want to travel, it's what you got.

This is a very unique place with good food! The employees are very nice, service is good, and mochinuts are good as leftovers in the fridge. I’m a big fan! Will be coming back.

Pros: Online ordering and pickup was super easy The potato corndog had good structure. It wasn't so heavy that it fell apart Great cheese pull on the cheese dog Good quality hot dogs The spicy mayo was very spicy and good Garlic mayo also had good flavor Cons: Batter was basic. No sugar, even. Tasted like a regular American corndog with a little panko. Potato dog batter was raw inside around the cheese

I went here because my favorite boba place onezo merged here with them, they served me the wrong drink when I went and asked her to fix it she charged me full price again 7$+ for the drink to fix their mistake. Customer service is awful, and cared more about her phone. Donuts are bland and old, will find a new place because of

The service was awful. The one young girl that works the shift on weekdays approx. 3PM has an awful attitude and hates her life. She either needs to do a better job or just quit, already. She would rather be on her phone or read a book and not talk to customers and gives everyone a dirty look when they are ordering. She makes things awkward for NO REASON. I do not enjoy going there when she is there. She mostly does this when her bosses or co-workers aren't around. She drove away me and a couple of my friends from wanting to eat there. Also, she practically threw my donut at me and ran to her seat. The donut tasted old. Terrible service!

Staff was a bit rude, while ordering the young lady completed our order when weren’t done and insisted that she had already asked if we wanted anything else. Totally ruins our appetite and mood.

Awesome place. I would've given service 6 or 7 stars if I could. The lady was so nice and gave me and my parents 3 extra mochi donuts. I tried the matcha flavor and it's really good with a nice frosting and a crispy outside and chewy inside. Boba tea is also really good. My only thing (not taking away stars for this) is it's pretty pricey but the food is really good and the atmosphere is great with a modern design. I'd give it a 9.8/10 (-0.2 for the price)

Delicious donuts. Best I have ever had. The service is ok it can be slow depending in where you are and the day. The appearance of the restaurant is basic but that's not what you there for.
