Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. The perfect matcha latte, strong, balanced creaminess and earthiness from oat milk tempering and complementing matcha's bitter edge, hand whisked - not from a sweetened concentrate. Such love in all the details here, from their drinks to the atmosphere to the service. What a gift to the entire space, the artists' studios, having this cafe as a warm, smiling welcome in.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I enjoyed the americano and muffin. They immediately fixed a small issue with the americano. Plenty of seating to study with pleasant instrumental background music.
